Group By in Task Sheet View

Overview

Group By functionality is now available for all Task Sheets. This lets you split the sheet into multiple sections functioning within groups. Group By is supported up-to three levels, for instance, you can group your sheet by Priority, then by Status and then by Assignee. This functionality works similarly to the Group By functionality in My Tasks.

Use Group By in a Task Sheet

1. Click the Group By button in the taskbar.

2. Use the dropdowns, to select which fields to group by. You can use the Ascending/ Descending icon to choose the order by which to group your Tasks.

3. Click Apply to apply the changes to your sheet.

4. To remove Group By, click the Group By button and then click Clear All.
