Digital Twin Studio includes the capability to automatically discover tasks based on past conversations. These discovered tasks are immediately ready for use and can be deployed without delay, streamlining the process of task creation and enhancing operational efficiency.

To Discover Tasks

1. On the Task Manager window, click Discover Tasks in the top right corner.

   

2. On the Discover Tasks window, click Add Discovery in the top right corner.

   

3. Within the Overview tab, add a name and select the language for the discovery run. Define the time range and conditions to filter cases in Sprinklr.

   

4. In the Workflow tab, define the granularity level. Select a higher granularity level to discover smaller, more specific clusters.

   

5. Click Start Discovery Run at the bottom to initiate the process.

Once the discovery run is complete, you can review the identified tasks and deploy them immediately to enhance your Digital Twin's capabilities.
