Add a Telegram Proxy (Corezoid) Account (Limited Availability)

Corezoid is an Actor Engine that lets you build, host, and run algorithms of any complexity in the cloud: chatbots, communication scenarios, CRM functionality, client support, omnichannel marketing campaigns, hardware monitoring, anti-fraud solutions, financial management tools, and so on.

On Sprinklr you can use Corezoid via Telegram Proxy. This article provides you with the steps to add a Telegram Proxy account on Sprinklr.

Note: The capability to use Telegram Proxy (Corezoid) on Sprinklr is DP-controlled. Get in touch with your Success Manager to enable this capability in your environment.

Steps to add a Telegram Proxy (Corezoid) account

  1. Click the New Tab icon. Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Owned Social Accounts within Listen.

  2. In the Accounts window, click Add Account in the top right corner.

  3. In the Add Account window, search and select Telegram Proxy.

  4. In the Add Telegram Proxy account pop-up window, enter details for the provided fields - Token, Market, Base Url.

  5. Click Save in the bottom right corner.

  6. On the Update Account window,

Edit basic details of your account in Account Details, including changing the name of the account as it appears in Sprinklr, changing the Sprinklr User who is the owner of the account, creating a custom character count (which will apply to replies sent in Sprinklr), a default URL shortener, and an auto-populated signature to appear in replies sent from Sprinklr.

  8. Under Groups to include Account in, select if you'd like to add the Google My Business account to any Account Groups

  9. Under Permissions, permission channel actions to Users and User Groups who should have access to the account. Learn more in Account Permissions.

  10. Under Share this Account Across Spaces, choose the Workspaces that you would like the account to be visible in or share across all Workspaces to make the account visible globally within your Customer environment.

  11. Under Subscribers, select Users or User Groups to subscribe them to account notifications.

  12. Under Timezone, select a country and time zone to associate to the account if desired.

  13. Under Associate a place, enter the Place Id and Application key.

  14. Under Properties, set any account properties as needed.

  15. Click Save in the bottom right corner to apply your selections.
