Corezoid is an Actor Engine that lets you build, host, and run algorithms of any complexity in the cloud: chatbots, communication scenarios, CRM functionality, client support, omnichannel marketing campaigns, hardware monitoring, anti-fraud solutions, financial management tools, and so on.
On Sprinklr you can use Corezoid via Telegram Proxy. This article provides you with the steps to Grab Messages and Reply via Telegram Proxy(Corezoid) Engagement Column.
Note: The capability to use Telegram Proxy (Corezoid) on Sprinklr is DP-controlled. Get in touch with your Success Manager to enable this capability in your environment.
Steps to Grab Messages and Reply via Telegram Proxy (Corezoid) Column
Click the New Tab icon
. Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Engagement Dashboards within Engage.
In the Engagement Home, search & select the desired message column in the engagement dashboard.
Click the Reply icon to reply to the message.
In the third pane that opens, write your repy in the Enter your reply here... field. Rich text is supported in the given field; as a result, you can forma the content based on your preference.
Click Save as Draft if you want to save the reply to be sent later. Click Send in the bottom right corner to send the reply right away.
