Note: To enable Debug Log in the Conversations, please contact tickets@sprinklr.com and provide the Partner Name ID and Name. If you are unsure of your Partner ID and Name, please contact your Success Manager for help.

Steps to Use Debug Log in Conversations

The DebugLog can be accessed for all cases in a Conversational AI Application through the Conversations by following these steps:

  1. Open the Conversational AI Persona App and click Conversation from the left pane

  2. Open a case and use the Debug Log widget, located on the right side of the conversation pane in Conversations
