Set Fields in a Workflow

Set Fields assigns values to fields within the entity the Workflow is applied on. In this guide, we will go over how to Set Fields within a Workflow.

Set Fields in a Workflow

  1. When you are in the Workflow Engine editor, click the Addition icon and select Set Fields from the Workflow Option menu.

  2. You can set a number of fields by clicking the Add option.

Select the field you would like the system to assign a value to. The fields will be available based on the entity the Workflow is associated to.

Operator*

Select the operation you would like the system to assign the value to the field with.

Select Value*

Select the value you would like the system to assign the field with.

Actions

Add

Add an additional field.

Close

Close the window and do not save the contents.

Save

Save the Set Field object.

* Indicates a mandatory field.
