Set Fields in a Workflow

Set Fields assigns values to fields within the entity the Workflow is applied on. In this guide, we will go over how to Set Fields within a Workflow.
Set Fields in a Workflow
When you are in the Workflow Engine editor, click the Addition icon and select Set Fields from the Workflow Option menu.
You can set a number of fields by clicking the Add option.

[ENTITY] Fields* (The first dropdown) | Select the field you would like the system to assign a value to. The fields will be available based on the entity the Workflow is associated to. |
Operator* | Select the operation you would like the system to assign the value to the field with. |

Add | Add an additional field. |
Close | Close the window and do not save the contents. |
Save | Save the Set Field object. |
