Add Training Content

Updated

Using the Training Content module, you have the capability to add content from diverse sources. This functionality allows you to aggregate information from documents, articles, FAQs, Assets and URLs. By leveraging the Training Content module, you can enrich your knowledge base with a wide range of content, ensuring that your Digital Twin has access to comprehensive and relevant information to effectively respond to user queries.

Add Prompt

The Sprinklr Digital Twin supports the capability to add natural language prompts directly within the Knowledge and Data Management tab. By selecting "Add Prompt," you can create prompts in natural language, allowing for the customization of FAQ responses in various formats, such as inclusion of emojis and bullet points. This provides enhanced flexibility to tailor responses to specific needs and preferences.

Knowledge Base

When to Use

Use the Knowledge Base content source when you want the model to answer user questions using content from Sprinklr Knowledge Base or your brand's Content Management System (CMS). If you're using your brand's CMS, set up a connector between it and the Sprinklr Knowledge Base to transfer content seamlessly. Once the content is in the Sprinklr Knowledge Base, leverage this feature to synchronize ML models with the content repository, enabling them to respond to user inquiries accurately.

Steps to Sync Knowledge Base

  1. On the Training Content window, click View All within the Knowledge Base section to synchronize content from the Sprinklr Knowledge Base (KB) with the model.

  2. On the Knowledge Base window, click Add Knowledge Base located in the top right corner.

  3. On the Add Content window, enable the the toggle for Sync from Sprinklr Knowledge Base. Utilize the Filter option to filter and choose articles that you intend to incorporate into your model. Employ conditions to refine your selection and ensure that only the relevant articles are included. If the desired filters are not available, create and tag custom fields for all articles you wish to add.

This allows you to categorize and identify the specific articles needed for your model, ensuring that the content aligns closely with your requirements and enhances the model's effectiveness in providing accurate responses. Click Save.

Define a Refresh Frequency

You can define a refresh frequency for synchronizing content in the Knowledge Base (KB) with the model if the content in the KB is regularly updated or if you want the model to stay up-to-date with the latest information. This ensures that the model's knowledge remains current and reflects any changes or additions made to the content in the KB, thereby improving the accuracy and relevance of the responses provided by the model.

  1. To define a refresh frequency for synchronizing content in the Knowledge Base (KB) with the model, navigate to the ML Models home page. Locate and select the option to Edit Model.

  2. Utilize the feature labeled Sync data with KB at specified intervals to specify the desired time duration.

After setting the time duration, the model will automatically synchronize with the latest content present in the KB at the defined intervals.

This ensures that the model remains up-to-date with the most recent information available in the KB, enhancing its performance and accuracy over time.

Documents

When to Use

Use the Documents content source when you want to efficiently upload files for the model to answer questions based on the content within those files.

Steps to Upload Files

  1. On the Training Content window, click View All within the Documents section.

  2. On the Documents window, click Add Documents located in the top right corner.

  3. Once the Add Content window appears, upload your files in formats such as pdf, txt, html, docx, xlsx, pptx, or zip, with each file size being up to 25.0 MB. After uploading, click Save to initiate the syncing process with the model.

Website URLs

When to Use

The Website URLs content source allows you to input specific URLs that the system will scrape for content. This means that the system will visit those URLs, extract relevant text, and use it to enrich the Twin's knowledge base. This can be useful for keeping the Twin up-to-date with the latest information from trusted sources or for gathering specific data from designated websites to enhance its ability to respond to user queries accurately.

Question Answer Pairs

When to Use

The Question Answer Pairs feature allows you to supplement your Twin's knowledge base with custom responses for frequently asked questions that might not be covered by any existing content source. Essentially, you input pairs of questions and their corresponding answers, tailored to address specific inquiries that users may have.

Steps to Add Question Answer Pairs

  1. On the Training Content window, click View All within the Question Answer Pairs section to supplement your Twin's knowledge base with custom answers for frequently asked questions that may not be covered by any existing content source.

  2. On the Question Answer Pairs window, click Add Question Answer Pairs located in the top right corner.

  3. Within the Add Content window, provide a clear and descriptive Title for the content you are adding. You can define Questions manually by clicking on the Add icon to include additional variations. Alternatively, you can use the Auto Generate button to automatically generate questions based on the provided title.

  4. After defining questions, specify the Answer that you want the model to refer to when it encounters any question similar to the ones you have defined. This approach ensures that the model has a comprehensive understanding of the topic and can provide accurate responses to user queries. Click Save.

Assets

When to Use

The Assets content source allows you to import assets created or uploaded in the Digital Asset Manager. This feature empowers the Twin to answer questions based on the information contained within these digital assets, enhancing its knowledge base and ensuring it can provide accurate responses based on uploaded assets. Supported file types for this feature are PDF and DOC.
