Push Assets from Digital Asset Manager to Digital Twin

Updated

Overview

Your Digital Twin is equipped with a Knowledge and Data Management portal that allows you to access a comprehensive knowledge base, upload various document types, and organize essential resources for training Digital Twins.

You can utilize your existing assets, present in the Digital Asset Manager (DAM), to train your Digital Twin. These assets are consolidated in the Knowledge and Data Management portal to facilitate the training of the Digital Twin.

For instance, consider the scenario where a customer call centre uses the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to store its customer service scripts, troubleshooting guides, and recorded interactions. When creating a digital twin for their customer service operations, these assets can integrated into the digital twin environment for easy training and deployment.

Key Benefits of Using DAM assets for Digital twin

  • Increased efficiency - By reusing existing assets, you reduce the need for creating new data from scratch, saving both time and resources.

  • Faster Deployment - Leveraging pre-existing assets accelerates the development and deployment of digital twins, allowing for quicker insights and decision-making.

  • Enhanced Data quality -  DAM assets are often high-quality, well-organized, which can improve the overall quality of the digital twin’s training data.

  • Scalability - Reusing assets makes it easier to scale digital twin projects, as the foundational elements are already in place and can be adapted for various applications.

Note: The asset types supported by this feature are PDF, .doc, and .docx.
