• Normal – 30 Minutes

• Segmentation – 3 Hours

  Note: Once the Ad Account is added in Sprinklr the lookback period for historical data will be 6 months from the date of Addition.

Best practices

• Ensure the Ad Accounts have been whitelisted as without them Data will not be fetched into Sprinklr.

• Ensure you are having proper permissions on Reddit Native so that Data could be fetched into Sprinklr.
