Error Messages in Ads Manager Export Files

If an error occurs in the Paid Initiative set up via Ads Composer or Bulk Ads Import, you can take an export of the Paid Initiative and see where the error has occurred on each ad entity level.

To View Error Messages in Ads Export File

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Sprinklr Marketing - Advertising tab, click Ads Manager within Analyze.

  2. On the Ads Manager window, check the box alongside Paid Initiative(s) containing errors. You can identify them from the Error icon image.png displayed alongside.

  3. Hover over the Options icon Screen Shot 2018-05-01 at 2.05.55 PM.png in the top-right corner of the Ads Manager window and select Export.

  4. On the Export window, select the columns to display in your exported file. You can choose to export all columns or columns in a saved column configuration or you may select specific columns for the export.

  5. Click Export to trigger an export of the selected Paid Initiative(s).

  6. On opening the exported spreadsheet, you will find the error message displayed under Paid Initiative Errors, Ad Set Errors, and Ad Variant Errors columns.
