How to Sync Ad Account Data in Ads Manager

You can sync account data for a particular account to get the latest data. If there are multiple sync requests for an account in a time span of ten minutes, the latest ones are ignored.
To Sync Account Data
Click the New Tab icon
. Under the Sprinklr Marketing (Ads) tab, click Ads Manager within Analyze.
On the Ads Manager window, click the Options icon
in the top right corner and select Sync Account Data.
On the Sync Account Data pop-up window, select the account(s) from the Select Accounts drop-down list and click Sync Data.
Note: You can also select your Business Manager accounts to sync. |
