Here’s how you can deal with errors.
Step 1: Go through the relevant Articles to understand if any of these can help you understand the root cause for your error.
Step 2: Make sure you have the right permissions for your user role regarding the feature you are trying to use.
Step 3: If you’re not able to utilize our existing Knowledge base to figure out the root cause of the issue, then reach out to your Sprinklr liaison, who can help you navigate through these issues.
Step 4: Finally, you can raise a support ticket at
tickets@sprinklr.com explaining the issue to them in detail with enough Screenshots. Sprinklr Support should be able to help you understand what is the cause of the root issue.
