CTI Troubleshooting Screens

These error screens help users and administrators quickly identify and address issues related to configuration, authentication, voice application availability, status settings, and permissions.

  1. No User Due to API/Auth Error - "No User Configured":

    • Description: This error occurs when the host platform user and Sprinklr user are not configured correctly, or if there is an authentication failure due to some network issue.

    • Impact: Users cannot be identified or authenticated, preventing access to the system.

  2. Voice Config Issue: No Apps Configured - "No Voice Applications Configured":

    • Description: This error indicates that voice applications are not available to the user.

    • Impact: The user is unable to perform voice operations due to the absence of configured voice applications.

  3. While Idling on a Non-Active Status:

    • Description: This error occurs when the user is idling in a non-active status due to reasons like readiness issues, manual selection of non-active status, or missing a call.

    • Impact: The user is prevented from dialing out or receiving calls.

  4. Mic Permission Issue:

    • Description: This error screen appears when there is a problem with microphone permissions.

    • Impact: Users are unable to use voice features due to lack of access to the microphone.

  5. Missed Call Screen:

    • Description: This screen is displayed when the user misses a call.

    • Impact: Alerts the user about missed calls, ensuring they are aware of communication gaps.
