Add a Trustpilot Account

Adding a Trustpilot account in Sprinklr allows your team to engage, publish, report, and monitor your brand's Trustpilot account from the Sprinklr platform.

Before You Begin
Ensure that you have Client ID and Client Secret Key of a supported Trustpilot account.

Note Currently, we only support the enterprise plan, you can create an app using your own Trustpilot account. |
To Generate Client ID and Client Secret Key
- Log in to Trustpilot site. Next, go to Trustpilot Business > Integrations.
- Under Popular apps and integrations > APIs, click the Go to APIs page button. And enter a name for your application.
- Enter the domain as www.sprinklr.com to use for Redirect URLs.
- Click the Create Application button and find your new application under Your applications.
- Make a note of the Client ID and Client Secret Key. You need to copy the Client ID and Client Secret Key from the Trustpilot site and paste them in the Sprinklr platform for adding the Trustpilot account.
To Add a Trustpilot Account
- Click the New Tab icon . Under Governance Console, click Accounts within Platform Setup.
- On the Accounts (Settings) window, click Add Account in the top right corner.
- On the Add Account window, search and select Trustpilot from the list of channels.
- On the Add Trustpilot Account window, enter the Client ID and Client Secret Key for your new account.
- Click Add in the bottom right corner to add the account details. Next, you'll be able to edit your account details and permission the account.
- On the Update Account window,
- Edit basic details of your account in Account Details, including changing the name of the account as it appears in Sprinklr, changing the Sprinklr User who is the owner of the account, creating a custom character count (which will apply to replies sent in Sprinklr), a default URL shortener, and an auto-populated signature to appear in replies sent from Sprinklr.
- Under Groups to include Account in, select if you'd like to add the Trustpilot account to any Account Groups.
- Under Permissions, permission channel actions to Users and User Groups who should have access to the account. Learn more in Account Permissions.
- Under Share this Account Across Spaces, choose the Workspaces that you would like the account to be visible in or share across all Workspaces to make the account visible globally within your Customer environment.
- Under Subscribers, select Users or User Groups to subscribe them to receive account notifications.
- Under Timezone, select a country and time zone to associate to the account if desired.
- Under Properties, set any account properties as needed.
- Click Save in the bottom right corner.
