Automatically Move Approved UGC Assets to Digital Asset Manager

Sprinklr will automatically move approved UGC assets to the Digital Asset Manager, where it can be used for future publishing needs as an earned asset. Also, the Custom Fields of an approved UGC Asset will be automatically copied to the Asset within the Asset Manager. This feature allows you to instantly take advantage of the requested content without the need for additional steps.

To Move the Asset from UGC Suggested board to Asset Management
- Click the New Tab icon
. Under the Sprinklr Marketing tab, click User Generated Content within Produce.
- In the top right corner of the User Generated Content window, click the Dashboard Menu icon
and select Standard Boards from the dropdown menu.
- Select Suggested board from the Standard Boards dropdown.
- On the Suggested board window, hover over the Options icon
of an asset and select Request Approval/Request Approval Via Extension.
Note
For assets with account type Instagram, you will see Request Approval Via Extension option. For assets with account types other than Instagram, you will see the Request Approval option.
- You will see a response window in which you can send a message to the author requesting that they follow your content approval process. Fill in the desired information on the pop-up window.
- Click View and Post on Instagram or Post.
Result
Once the UGC asset is approved by the user, the asset is added to the Digital Asset Manager.
