To Add a UGC Asset to Favorites

This option is available on all UGC assets. Adding a UGC asset to your favorites will add the content to the standard UGC dashboard My Favorites. 

To mark an asset as a favorite, hover over an asset Options icon  and select Favorite. The asset will remain in its current dashboard and will also be added to your My Favorites board.

To remove an asset from the My Favorites board, click the Dashboard Menu icon  in the top left corner, select My Favorites. Hover over an asset Options icon  and select Unfavorite to remove it from your favorite UGC assets.

To Add Comment to a UGC Asset

Comments can be added on any UGC asset. To add a comment on an asset, hover over an asset Options icon  and select Comment to leave an internal comment on the asset. Comments will be visible when you access the asset details pane.

Additionally, you can leave comments directly from within the asset details pane by clicking the Comment field.

To Request Approval for a UGC Asset

You'll see the option to request approval for an asset only on assets that are in a suggested state. These assets have been suggested to UGC but approval from the assets' author has not yet been requested. Requesting approval for an asset will remove it from the Suggested Board and move the asset to the Approval Pending Board. To request approval for an asset in UGC:

1. In the top left corner, click the Dashboard Menu icon  and select Suggested from Standard Boards. 
2. Hover over an asset Options icon  and select Request Approval.
3. You'll see a response pop-up window in which you can send a message to the author requesting for approval. Alter the response as needed and click Post in the bottom right corner of the response pop-up window.

To Recall a Request for Approval

You'll see the option to recall a request for approval only on assets that are in an approval pending state. These assets have not yet been approved by the author. Recalling the request will remove the asset from the Approval Pending board and move the asset to the Suggested Board.

1. In the top left corner, click the Dashboard Menu icon  and select Approval Pending from Standard Boards. 
2. Hover over an asset Options icon  and select Recall Request.

To Delete a UGC Asset

Hover over an asset Options icon  and select Delete. The asset will be removed from all UGC boards.

To Share a UGC Asset

Sharing an asset will provide visibility or restrict access to the asset with other members of your team or other Workspaces within your Customer environment. You can access share options on all UGC assets. 

1. Hover over an asset Options icon  and select Share.
2. On the Share UGC Asset pop-up window, select the Workspaces and Users/User Groups with whom you wish to share visibility of the asset. If you wish, you can check the box alongside Visible in all workspaces for global visibility.
3. Click Share in the bottom right corner of the Share UGC Asset pop-up window.

Additionally, you can change the share settings through the asset details pane.

To Approve a UGC Asset

You'll see the option to approve an asset only on assets that are in a verification pending state. These assets have been added to UGC by automation and must be verified before they are moved into your Approved Assets board.

1. In the top left corner, click the Dashboard Menu icon  and select Verification Required from Standard Boards. 
2. Hover over an asset Options icon  and select Approve.

To Reject a UGC Asset

You'll see the option to reject an asset only on assets that are in a verification pending state. These assets have been added to UGC by automation. Rejecting an asset will remove it from the Verification Required Board and move the asset to the Rejected board.

1. In the top left corner, click the Dashboard Menu icon  and select Verification Required from Standard Boards. 
2. Hover over an asset Options icon  and select Reject.

To Publish a UGC Asset

You'll see the option to publish an asset only on assets that are in an approved state. These assets have been approved by the content author and are available to publish.

1. In the top left corner, click the Dashboard Menu icon  and select Approved from Standard Boards. 
2. Hover over an asset Options icon  and select Publish. The asset will open in the publisher where you can edit the appearance and accompanying text, select accounts, and apply custom properties before publishing as a new outbound message.

To Suggest a UGC Asset

You'll see the option to suggest an asset only on assets that are in an approved state. These assets have been approved by the content author and are available to suggest to a Suggestion Queue.

1. In the top left corner, click the Dashboard Menu icon  and select Approved from Standard Boards. 
2. Hover over an asset Options icon  and select Suggest. The asset will open in a suggestion window where you can select a Suggestion Queue, leave a note for the suggestion recipient, and apply properties before suggesting.

To apply a Macro on a UGC Asset

Hover over an asset Options icon  and select Macro.
