Universal Search: Use Tweet URL To Search Tweet on Sprinklr

You can display a Tweet by inputting Tweet URLs into Sprinklr Search Bar. This will fetch the Tweet and the information associated with it. After fetching, you can perform actions like share, reply, retweet, etc. on that Tweet as per your requirement.

Before You Begin
Go to your Twitter profile and copy the URL of the tweet which you want to search on the Sprinklr platform.
To Search Displayed Tweets
- Select Universal Search icon
in the top right corner of the Navigation bar.
- Enter the URL of the tweet which you want to search on the Sprinklr platform.
- Once that tweet is displayed, you can click on that Tweet and perform actions like share, reply, retweet, etc. as per your choice.
