Add a Status
Updated
- Click the New Tab icon
and select Settings under the Social Core Cloud.
- Next, click Status.
- In the upper right corner, click Add Status.
- Enter a Status Name and a Display Name.
- Select the Resolution Status Checkbox
if the status is a Resolution Status.
- Click Save to save your status.
