Admins Enhancement | Allowing Gamification based Engagement on Social Channels

Admins can now control gamification based on social channels. You can define the points system separately for shares on each social channel. This will allow you to prioritize one social channel over others. The points can now be allocated differently for a share on Twitter vs a share on Linkedin.

To learn more about getting this capability enabled in your environment, please work with your Success Manager.

Admins Enhancement | Email Alerts for Published Content

Admins can now forward email notifications to the users for contents published on the advocacy site. This will allow admins to increase the adoption of the advocacy program. Admins Enhancement | Allowing Admin to send Notes on Rejecting a User Content

Admins can now send notes on the user’s email while rejecting a content suggested by them. This will allow advocates to get feedback on the content they suggested and enable them to suggest relevant content in the future.

Mobile App Enhancement
