Listening Insights | Introducing Search Operators and Exact Match Operators

During the topic creation process in Listening Insights, the new operators will increase flexibility and coverage while creating queries for fetching mentions with the data you intend to capture.

  2. Exact Match Operators

    • exactMessage

    • exactTitle

    • exactUserBio

    • exactParentMessage

The Search Operators and Exact Match Operators can be used in topics and themes.

For example: The query (title: India OR language: english) will match posts with title "India lost in T20".

Note

exactMessage and exactTitle as operators are not supported to use backfill yet.

Listening Dashboards | Launched Folder for Storage and Classification of Dashboard 

You can now use Folder to store and manage your dashboards in the most organized and unified way. With this capability, it is easy to access all the dashboards shared with you from one place. This capability is available for all the Sprinklr’s dashboards, such as Listening Dashboards, Reporting Dashboards, Ads Reporting Dashboard, etc.

Listening Explorer | Enhanced Lexical Support for Korean Language

We have now built an enhanced lexical tokenization for the Korean Language. This will help you get more intricate and accurate insights across Korean conversations. With improved semantics support for the Korean Language, you will experience improved compatibility for the Korean language.

Instead of using only whitespace to break down words(tokens) for lexical analysis, language semantics are also being used to tokenize words to impart superior interactions and engagement across the Korean Language.

Listening Dashboards | Ability to Share Dashboards to Non-Sprinklr Users 

You can now share dashboards with anybody via a shareable link, even with people who have not logged into Sprinklr. The person with whom you are sharing the dashboard does not require a license or seat in Sprinklr to view the dashboard. You can directly generate a link and share it with the user so s/he can view the dashboard. There is no need to create a PDF or PNG file. Below are the key features:

  • Easy 2 step generation

  • Interactive widgets

  • Password protection for report

  • Expiry-driven

  • Automatic updations in the report

  • Edit time range at the time of link generation

This capability is available for Listening, BenchmarkingReporting, Advocacy Reporting, Explorer, and Ads Reporting Dashboards.

Listening | Ability to Get All Comments/Replies on a Post

You can now view all the comments and replies made to a post by using:

  • The operators like parentMessage, parentTitle, exactParentMessage, and exactParentTitle.

  • The conversation tabs in the "Show Conversation Stream" option available in the drill-down.

The supported channels are YouTube and Twitter for the Post Stitching feature.

Note

Parent data will be populated in child posts, but will not be searchable if not using parent operator.

Listening | Faster Loading Time for Custom Metrics and Automatic Selection of its Data Source

We have now optimized Custom Metrics with proper pagination in the custom metric loading screen, which has substantially reduced the loading time of custom metrics. Data Source field has now been added in the custom metric creation form. Now, the data source value will be selected automatically based on the module from which it is opened.

Benchmarking | Smart Content Intelligence Extended for 4 More Languages

We have now extended Smart Content Intelligence for the 4 languages mentioned below:

  • Spanish    

  • German

  • Portuguese

  • Arabic

With the help of Sprinklr's robust AI algorithms, Smart Content Intelligence categorizes brand posts into themes such as Motivation, Happiness, Inquisition, etc.

Benchmarking | New Smart Content Widgets added in Standard Content Performance Dashboard

You now have these 4 new widgets in the Standard Content Performance dashboard, which will provide insights on media types and channel-wise distribution of brand posts falling under different content themes and tone categories.

You now have the ability to create rules in the rule engine for receiving benchmarking smart alerts notification via email with an updated email template. You can create rules on anomaly conditions as per your requirement and get email alerts on the following categories of benchmarking smart alerts:

  • Account Activity Alert: Alert generated for a surge in the volume of account published messages.

  • Account Engagement Alert: Alert generated for a surge in account engagements. 

  • Post Engagement Alert: Alert generated for a surge in post engagements. 

  • Post Likes Alerts: Alert generated for a surge in post likes. 

  • Post Comments Alert: Alert generated for a surge in post comments.

  • Post Shares Alert: Alert generated for a surge in post shares.

Benchmarking | Email Notification Based on Keywords for Inbound and Outbound Posts 

You can now receive keyword based email notification for benchmarking by creating a rule in the Rule Engine. You will receive notifications automatically for any unusual spikes in competitors’ activities across social channels like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, based around Keywords of your choice.

This will enable a brand to be cognizant about competitors’ content strategy on a specific product or service line with the introduction of keyword based email notifications.

These alert emails are set up at the post level on inbound as well as outbound posts.

Location Insights

Location Insights | Empty Message’s Experience Score Updated From 0 to Null

We have updated the message experience score from 0 to Null. Now, any message that does not have any text or any insight detected will not be assigned any experience score. Instead, the experience score will be Null. This will ensure that the key metrics like Experience Score is appropriate for all the locations. Location Insights | Support for Reviews Not Having Any Star Ratings

Reviews from sources that don't have Star Ratings are now supported in the Standard Reviews Widget of Location Insights. This allows you to see reviews from all sources in one place. For reviews without star rating, you will see the 5 stars greyed out.
