Smart Audience Engine

Smart Audience Engine | New Filter Operator for Segmentation using Salesforce

While creating an audience segment, you can now filter a segment by including or excluding email addresses under specific domains. This capability helps you create the segment with due filtration.

Smart Audience Engine | Ability to See Details of Audience Activity on Salesforce

Sprinklr now allows you to view audience activity reports for the sent emails on Salesforce. This capability helps your sales team be updated about any sort of marketing pitch that has been communicated with the customer or how the customer has reacted to the communication, for instance Email View, Email Click, etc. So, this capability makes sure that your sales team is adequately informed before they take the next step with the leads.

Display | Enablement of Remote Link for Each Display

A unique Remote URL is now available for each Display. This will make controlling your Display URLs even easier and quicker - especially if you have multiple active Displays. The Remote URL can be found by opening the details view for a given Display and scrolling to the bottom.

Display | Ability to Filter Displays and Presentations by X Days Ago Option

While filtering Displays/Presentations, you can now set the time range for a given widget to show data for a specific 24 hour period that happened the designated amount of days in the past with the X Days Ago option.

Display | Export Presentations or Storyboards Across Workspaces

Sprinklr now allows you to export Presentations or Storyboards across multiple Workspaces. This capability is especially helpful for teams that operate out of different workspaces but want to leverage the same presentations or Storyboards.

 

Display | Using Listening Explorer as a data source for Display and Presentations

You can now leverage Listening Explorer as a data source for your widgets within Display and Presentations. Using your saved research queries, construct your widgets with the available metrics, dimensions, and filters and take advantage of the power that Listening Explorer provides.

Display | Ability to View Geographic Location of a Post

Sprinklr now provides you with the ability to view the geographic location of a social post. This capability allows you to show the location of any posts that have geographic data available.

 

Display | Ability to Filter Display and Presentations Widgets By Rank

Sprinklr now allows you to filter Widgets by the specific rank or position of a segment. This capability will help you save time and effort especially when you look for posts based on their performance.

Integrations | Ability to Sync Notes Between the Dynamics and Sprinklr 

Sprinklr connector offers a native integrated social care experience to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 users, by enabling omnichannel case management. Sprinklr now has an ability to sync notes between the Dynamics. This will help different sets of agents in working on both the platforms to communicate their findings with each other. The notes will be synced in the following ways: 

  1. Notes from Sprinklr Social Message synced bi-directionally to Social Message Activity Annotations. 

  2. Notes from Sprinklr Case synced bi-directionally to Incident Annotations 

Integrations | Support for Omnichannel Bot Protocol 

Sprinklr will now enable any external 3rd party Bot to participate in a conversation with the customer on any of the Modern Messaging channels, like Twitter, WhatsApp, Sprinklr LiveChat, etc. This capability makes it possible for a brand to use an external or their own Bot for handling automated responses, and pass it to Sprinklr for customer service with live agents as appropriate. 

Integrations | Ability to Auto-Create ServiceNow Cases from Sprinklr 

You now have the ability to automatically create ServiceNow cases from Sprinklr. You can create a rule in the rule engine and apply it on the message so that it creates ServiceNow cases. Going forward, in the rule engine create a CRM action to auto-create ServiceNow cases with contact/consumer/account and associate the new message to an existing case in ServiceNow.

Integrations | Ability to Display Data from Google Analytics 

We now allow Google Analytics connectors to generically pull in any website traffic data, without the need to attribute to the specific Sprinklr Post. With this new enhancement, we are able to pull the following data: 

  1. General Google Analytics data: Allowing you to select any combinations of dimensions and measurements. 

  2. Multiple Data Streams: Each stream can contain different sets of dimensions/measurements that might not be compatible between those in other streams. 

  3. Custom dimensions and custom measurements 

  4. Time series data, and aggregate data: Configuration of the time window of each data.

Integrations | Ability to Leverage Sprinklr AI by Any External App 

You now have an ability to leverage Sprinklr AI by any external app to enrich your data directly using the Sprinklr APIs. That means, with any app you can plug-in and leverage Sprinklr AI APIs. To leverage Sprinklr AI, there is no need to store or save your data in Sprinklr. With Sprinklr AI APIs, you can develop an entirely new application. The following Sprinklr AI APIs are available:

  1. Text Predict (includes Sentiment, emotion, spam detection)

  2. Product Insights Predict

  3. Location Insights Predict

  4. Intent Predict

Sandbox | Introducing a New Product for your Modern CXM Platform 

We’re now introducing a new product named as the Sprinklr Sandbox. It gives you a separate test environment that acts as a near carbon copy of your live production setup, allowing you to configure features, test out new integrations, and train and onboard new teammates or agencies in a safe, low-risk environment.
