Sprinklr - Zendesk Integration now connects Sprinklr Service product to Zendesk for Care on modern channels. Unify your customer care agent experience by enriching, deflecting and triaging appropriate interactions on modern channels to Zendesk from Sprinklr This will help in having a single system of record and 360° view of your customer.

Power BI is a business analytics service that provides interactive visualizations with self-service business intelligence capabilities, enabling end-users to create reports and dashboards by themselves without having to depend on information technology staff or database administrators. You can now add Sprinklr as a data source in Power BI to create data visualization sheets.

Sandbox | Support for different Color Scheme for Sandbox Environments
The Sandbox environment will now have a different header color to the Production environment to help distinguish between the two. With different header colors it is easier to distinguish the environment and you will be able to identify which version you are making changes in. Note that you won’t be able to select or update the header color for the environments.
Sandbox | Ability to View Email Alias Suffix in the Connected Environment
In the Connected Environment, a new column has been added called Email Alias Suffix. This new column will consist of additional login details which the user can view and use appropriately to login.
Sandbox | Ability to add and view Tags in Changesets
You will now be able to add tag(s) for the Outbound Changesets. Additionally, you will be able to view tags for both Inbound and Outbound Changesets. Adding tags in a changeset will help you in grouping the changesets and perform bulk operations like deploy, rollback, etc.
Sandbox | Support for bulk Deploy and Rollback in the Changesets
You now have an option to bulk deploy the newly received changesets. Similarly, you also have the option to bulk rollback the deployed changesets.
Sandbox | Support for Automatic Deletion of User
Any user that is deleted in the Production environment will now automatically be deleted from the corresponding Sandbox environments.
Sandbox | Support for New Entities in Sandbox
Sandbox has added support for various new entities. Through the Outbound Changeset, you can send various entities from one environment to other connected environments. Going forward, the Outbound Change Set window now supports the following new entities:
Distributed
Voice
Communities
Channels
Channels | New Actions are available for Discourse Channel
The following new enhancements are available for Discourse Channel in Sprinklr:
You now have the ability to distinguish between Brand Comments and Fan Comments.
For Fan Comments, you can now Like/Unlike, Flag, Lock/Unlock and Delete a Comment.
For Brand Comments, you can now Lock/Unlock and Delete a Comment.
You can view, add, edit and update the Profile Trust Level numerical values on Discourse Profile in Sprinklr.
