Publish

Publish | Shoppable Store is now Sprinklr Link in Bio

You can now create and manage an immersive microsite for your brand to showcase highlighted posts and hold your customers’ attention. You can also set up a promotional section to feature the top highlights of your catalog. With the help of UTM parameters, you get full visibility into the ROI of your Link in Bio by tracking clicks and website traffic. The entire experience for your customers has been made extremely simple and visually appealing by developing it as a Mobile-first experience.

Publish | Ability to ​​Publish Multilingual Blog posts on WordPress

You can now publish a Multilingual Blog post on your WordPress website using Quick Publisher. The Quick Publisher will allow you to add your blog content to your desired localized content. Going forward, ​you can localize your blog content in the following languages:

  • English

  • French

  • German

  • Spanish

  • Russian

  • Ukrainian

  • Chinese

Publish | Ability to @Mention a LinkedIn Profile in a Post/Comments

You can now @mention LinkedIn Profile accounts in your Posts or Comments. You are just required to type "@" and then begin typing a LinkedIn profile account name in the box. You’ll then see a drop-down list of potential profile accounts you can mention. Select the desired profile account you want from the list and continue typing your message. Please note you can only tag those profiles which have some prior interaction in Sprinklr.

Advocacy

Advocacy | Ability to Update Primary Actions on the Site

Sprinklr will now be able to update the Primary Actions on the Advocacy Site. For example, we can now update the primary action in place of the current Share button as Reshare/Retweet for brand posts. Alternatively, we can provide a drop-down next to the reshare/retweet button and give the option to Share. Additionally, while resharing/sharing a brand post, we will now capture the description of the brand post and populate that in the caption field so advocates can edit or directly post the content without manually adding in text.

Advocacy | Ability to Publish Content using Mobile

Sprinklr has now enabled the advocacy site publisher for mobile. Going forward, the publisher will work on mobile the same as on the web. You can use your Mobile to create and distribute a fully branded version of the Advocacy Site.

Advocacy | Ability to Add the Description for a Content List in Tooltip

​You can now add the description for a content list in the tooltip. Note that the ​​description will be visible on hovering the tooltip for both the main tab of the content list and sub-tabs. Additionally, the tooltip option is not visible within the Advocacy site where the description is not added in the Content list.

Engagement Dashboards

Engagement Dashboards | Ability to React on LinkedIn Post & Comments

Within the Engagement Dashboards, you can now react to a LinkedIn Post and Comments using different reactions, especially when you don’t want to leave a simple like. Going forward, in addition to Like, you can now react in five other ways to posts or comments that indicate Celebrate, Support, Love, Insightful, and Curious.

Engagement Dashboards | Ability to View Lithium Message Tags

Once a lithium column is created in Sprinklr, you can view all the message tags created in Lithium. Note that you can't create Message Tags in Sprinklr. You can only view the Lithium Message Tags in Sprinklr. Additionally, you can configure Message Tags via Rule Engine.

Channels

Facebook Workplace | Ability to Engage with Internal Communities on Workplace

You can now publish and engage within public groups by authenticating your respective Workplace Bot in Sprinklr. Additionally, you can improve your workflows using automation and routing capabilities to engage in internal communities on Facebook Workplace.

Instagram | Capability to View Live Comments on Instagram Live

You can now view live comments on your Instagram Live in the Engagement Dashboard column for the duration of the live video. The Instagram live video will appear as a thumbnail in the Dashboard column.

Twitter | Ability to Post Dark Tweet via Rule Engine

Sprinklr now provides you with the capability to post Dark Tweet via Rule Engine. In the Rule Engine, you will now have the Twitter Dark Update option, which you can use to post Dark Tweet.

Reporting

Reporting | Ability to Analyze YouTube Thumbnails

Creating the perfect thumbnail isn’t about duplicating what you’ve seen other top creators doing; it’s about knowing your unique audience. Different categories of videos revealed that different emotions and design elements can be successful at drawing audiences and accumulating views. Thus for you to make your YouTube Thumbnail stand out, we have now introduced the Youtube Video Thumbnail dimension. This dimension will help to understand the URL of the native youtube thumbnail of the video.

Reporting | Availability of TikTok Metrics

Sprinklr now supports TikTok Metrics data in Reporting. Thus, with the availability of TikTok Metrics in reporting trend metrics data is also available.

Reporting | Support for LinkedIn Reactions

You will now be able to break down reactions on Linkedin Reporting. The following measurements are available for LinkedIn Reactions:

  • Linkedin Company Post Celebrate Reaction Count

  • Linkedin Company Post Curious Reaction Count

  • Linkedin Company Post Insightful Reaction Count

  • Linkedin Company Post Like Reaction Count

  • Linkedin Company Post Love Reaction Count

  • Linkedin Company Post Support Reaction Count

Distributed

Distributed | Email Marketing Capability in Distributed

Distributed Users can now create and add email contacts, and engage with their audience via email. Admins can now share email templates with the Distributed Users who can edit and send the emails to their audience in the Distributed platform, as a part of their email marketing campaigns. The users can also send personalized bulk emails at a time to audience groups.

Distributed | DM Notification for Distributed Users

All the Distributed Users or user groups who have publishing access to a particular account will now receive DM notifications. This capability is available only on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Note: This feature needs specific configurations. To enable this capability, reach out to your Success Manager.

Distributed | Product Sharing Capability through Detail Pane

Distributed users can now search products from the product catalog within the details pane, select relevant products and share them with users. This feature is available for Facebook, Instagram and Livechat.

Distributed | Introduction of 1 Click Ad Buy within Sprinklr Distributed

Sprinklr has introduced the 1 Click Ad Buy feature within Sprinklr Distributed, allowing admins to set up the configuration for Ad campaigns and create an Ad Buy to ensure that all the campaign creators(Distributed users) use the pre-configured values and communicate and advertise at a local level.

Distributed | Ability to View Gamification Points of Users in the Same Primary User Group

Distributed Users can now view the Leaderboard and see Gamification points of the top performers who are in the same primary user group.
