Navigation Tips

Social Channels

Facebook | Ability to Unlock your Creativity with Reels on Facebook

You can now publish reels to your Facebook page and engage with fan comments from Sprinklr. Additionally, you can choose a message subtype as Reels for setting up Engagement Dashboards and creating automated workflows in Rule Engine. Note that reporting for Facebook reels is an API Limitation at the moment.

Google My Business | Support to Delete the Brand Post 

Sprinklr now supports delete action for Google My Business Brand Posts. Note that deletion of a brand post can be done via Engagement dashboards, Rule engine & Macros.

Bazaarvoice | Support to set up a Response Name 

You can now enter the desired response name while adding a new Bazaarvoice account in Sprinklr. It's a pre-set value, you can’t update the response name again and again. Thus, to use this capability you are required to re-add your Bazaarvoice account in Sprinklr. 

You can use this capability to set up the response name as a brand name or generic name like Admin instead of an employee name. Note that this name will populate on the reviews that you have responded to using Sprinklr within the Engagement Dashboards. 

WeChat | Support to Add Hyperlink over Text in WeChat

Sprinklr is now introducing support to hyperlink text in posts, comments and replies for WeChat. The ability to hyperlink along with rich text editing capabilities will make brand responses readable. Additionally, it will also help you to add redirection and navigation links without breaking the context and reading flow with non-readable content (URL). 

Similarly, the same capability to add hyperlinks over text is also supported for Reddit.

Pinterest | Visibility of Description Text in Postcard Widget

Description text of Pins will now be visible across all Pins in the postcard widget, regardless of whether they were published natively or via Sprinklr.

Stack Overflow | Stack Exchange Integration

You can amplify your brand presence within tech communities present on Stack Exchange (Stack Overflow and Server Fault are constituent sites). You can now add and authenticate your personal profiles (accounts) in Sprinklr and get targeted question-grabbing via Listening, ensuring better efficiency.

You can also engage/reply to questions or cases created from the questions via Sprinklr Engagement Dashboards.

YouTube | Ability to filter out Unlisted videos from YouTube

You now have the ability to filter in/out Private and Unlisted videos from YouTube when fetching them through inbound rules.

Publishing

Publishing | Updates for Publishing Videos and Reels on Instagram

Instagram has rolled out a couple of updates to optimize the handling of video content on channels. These updates are already live on Sprinklr

  • Increased duration of Instagram Reels - Using direct API publishing on Sprinklr, you can publish Reels for up to 15 minutes instead of 1 minute (60 seconds), and the cap on video file size has increased from 100 MB to 1 GB. These changes are not applicable for publish via native app flow, predominantly used for remix feature.

  • Capping for Bitrate for Instagram videos - applicable for all videos published to Instagram other than Reels, a cap of 25 Mbps on bitrate has been introduced.

  • With increased focus on Reels, Instagram has discontinued IGTV.

Publishing | Ability to Tag Users and Location in an Instagram Carousel Posts

Sprinklr will now allow to tag users and add locations for an Instagram carousel post while direct publishing a post via Quick Publisher. Note that you can only add one location for the carousel post. Additionally, you can only tag public accounts & you’re required to enter exact account handle.

Publishing | Ability to incorporate JSON Feed into RSS

We now provide an option to set the publishing order of the RSS feed. Additionally, you can now denote if the feed is a custom feed or not. These two options will help you with the RSS Publishing to social handles(Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google My Business) based on input from JSON. 

Publishing | Support to Show More Hashtag Suggestions in Quick Publisher

We now have the ability to change number of hashtag suggestions shown in Quick Publisher and Post Asset Creation. You can now change/update the number of hashtag suggestions as per your convenience. By default four AI powered suggestions are shown, if you want suggestions limit count can goes upto ten. Note that to configure the suggestions limit count, you are required to raise a support ticket.

Publishing | Support to Publish Content in the Back Date

While creating a post within the Quick Publish window, you can now select a previous date and time to schedule your content. On scheduling a message to the selected back date, its status will be changed to Sent. Note that posts for “Planning only” accounts can only be published at a date in the past. 

Publishing | Dark post condition now available at the inbound rule

Now with the "is dark post" condition in inbound rule, you can check and filter in/out Dark posts when fetching posts through an inbound rule.

Link in Bio

Link in Bio | Support for Individual Post Permalinks

We are now introducing a unique permanent link (URL) for each post in your Linkin Bio store. The permalinks will open up space for targeted product endorsements by influencers - allowing redirection of traffic from an external source to a specific post with precise CTA. Note that this capability will create permalinks for the individual posts on the Link in Bio window. The created permalinks can be shared with anyone to directly redirect them to a given post instead of the Link in Bio homepage.

Engagement Dashboards

Engagement Dashboards | Ability to Retweet Brand’s owned Tweets

You can now reshare old tweets and replies as they become relevant again and share them with wider audiences. In simple words, Sprinklr now allows you to retweet your own published tweets. Note that this capability is enabled by default for everyone. Having said that it can be disabled on request.

Engagement Dashboards | Support for Notifications in Engagement Dashboard to Re-add Recently Deactivated Accounts
To ensure that you don’t miss any opportunity to engage with your customers, we are making some account governance updates generally available - users of engagement dashboard will now view a notification bar at the top highlighting recently deactivated accounts (within the past 30 days). On clicking the notification, user will either be prompted to re-add the accounts if they have the necessary permissions or to notify the account owner/admin for the same.

Engagement Dashboards | Ability to apply Youtube Moderation action through Macros

You can now apply Youtube moderation action through macros. The following moderation actions are available through Macros

  • Reject 

  • Hold for Review 

  • Mark made for kids

  • Unmark made for kids

  • Ban Author

  • Unlisted

  • Remove rating

  • Mark Video Private

  • Mark Video Public

  • Approve on channel

Engagement Dashboards | Support to Fetch Yammer Group Profile and Message

Previously, within the Engagement Dashboards, you were only able to view the post, comments, and replies published via Sprinklr. Now, Sprinklr will be able to fetch YammerGroups posts, comments, and replies published outside Sprinklr. 

Governance

URL Shortener | Introducing new URL Shortener

You can now set up Branch as your URL Shortener in Sprinklr. We are adding the support to generate short URLs using Branch from Sprinklr, including direct shortening, and basic reporting on link click counts. With Branch URL Shortener, you can save considerable time compared to generating links natively in Branch and adding it in Sprinklr while scheduling the content.

User Permissions | Support for Adding Permission Control to Change Sentiment

Earlier, all users had access to change message sentiment as detected by Sprinklr AI from the message properties. As the confidence in Sprinklr AI increases, we are now adding permission control to update the sentiment - this would necessitate granting permissions to authorized users from Settings. Going forward, Sentiment field can be updated only by these permissioned users within the Engagement Dashboards

Reporting

Reporting | Ability to Boost Governance with Audit Trail of User Activities

You can now keep track of all events and actions encompassing addition, edition, deletion performed on various platform entities including users, accounts, macros, dashboards, posts, and role permissions. Going forward, to view the activity of an individual or multiple users, you need to create a widget using the User Activity data source with the reporting dashboards.

Reporting | Introducing Page and Post Level Earning Metrics for Facebook

Sprinklr now allows you to get reporting for page level and post level metrics for your earnings through Ads (by other brands) on Facebook videos. You can use a new set of Facebook video metrics to get the details on your earnings via Facebook video ads.

Reporting | Ability to Calculate LinkedIn Company Post Reach

Sprinklr now allows you to use a new metric for LinkedIn reporting - LinkedIn Company Post Reach. This helps you find the number of times each update was shown to LinkedIn unique members.

Reporting | Availability of Pivot Table in External dashboards

Whenever a Pivot Table is implemented in a widget or dashboard, it will be available in the external dashboard, which means that the users outside Sprinklr can also view the widget or the dashboard with Pivot Table. You can group by in a data set and drill down to analyze deeper sets of data.

Reporting | Updated Dashboard Filter Flow

We have updated the flow on how the values selected in dashboard filters get reflected on the dashboard. You have to explicitly click Apply Filter to ensure that data on the dashboard gets updated. This is consistent with the existing behavior on the Listening and Benchmarking Reporting dashboard.

Reporting | Introduction of Dynamic Range in Reporting Dashboard

The Date Range option in Reporting Dashboard is an added flexibility for specifying various time periods, such as second last week, second last month, last 3 weeks to last 1 week, last 3 days, etc. based on business needs.

Reporting | Ability to Bulk Add Dashboards and Move to Folders

Sprinklr now provides you with the capability to select multiple dashboards in bulk and move them to different folders within the dashboard.

Reporting | Warning in Case of Incomplete Data Set in XLS Exports

While trying to export reporting data in XLS, Sprinklr shows you notification, in case the data to be exported is more than the export limit defined for you.

Reporting | Display Records with Null Values in Table Widget

Sprinklr now allows you to create table widget that populates records even if some fields have null values.

Reporting | Add Support for TFA in User Report

Sprinklr now supports TFA(Two Factor Authentication) in User Report. Using Social Analytics as the Data Source, you can create reporting widget that will reveal if certain users have Two Factor Authentication enabled for them or not.

Digital Asset Manager

Digital Asset Manager | Keyword Detection in Videos & Images for Compliance Rules

You can now speed up the approval process with power of Sprinklr AI to easily identify non-compliant words in form of text in images or words in the visuals/audio transcripts in video creatives. We now support the capability to identify and highlight non-compliant words (keywords) by running compliance engine over the AI Powered Transcripts generated using Optical Character Recognition(OCR) and Audio Speech Recognition(ASR) technology on image/video creatives. With this new capability, you will no longer need to manually scan the images and video files for non-compliant words, as those would be automatically identified and highlighted for supervision.

Digital Asset Manager | Reporting on Downloads from Publicly Shared Asset Boards

You can now track the number of asset downloads done from Publicly Shared Asset Boards. Asset downloads from Publicly Shared Asset Boards can be tracked in Reporting Dashboards. While creating the reporting widget, use Public Download Count as the Metric.

Distributed

Distributed | Integration of Care Console within Distributed

Sprinklr has empowered Distributed agents to double up as customer care for their clients by using Care Console integrated in Distributed platform. Care Console in Distributed will allow agents to easily view the customer and case information alongside conversation thread ensuring all relevant information is available in a single view, which can be customized for user groups by Administrators via Distributed Control Panel.

Distributed | Ability to Un-share Assets

Admins create an asset and share with the Distributed users and user groups present in that workspace. However, Distributed users now have the capability to control asset sharing by unsharing assets. This will increase compliance, reduce error, and result in cleaner boards of correctly shared assets.

Distributed | Filter Number of Timezone Options for Users in Distributed App

Admins can now configure timezones available for distributed users in control panel. Only selected timezones will be available for distributed users in the Distributed App, so that they are not overwhelmed in a situation where they have to choose from the list that includes all the timezones.

Admin Console

Admin Console | Ability to Award Points for Gamification

With the addition of the Channel Level Gamification section within the Gamification tab of the Admin Console, you can now award points to the advocates. Note that if the points/points limit is changed then you will get points according to the old points/points limit configuration when you originally shared the post.

The metrics used to assign points are:

  • Retweets on Twitter

  • Likes on Twitter

  • Likes on Linkedin

  • Number of Comments on Linkedin

  • Native Likes from the Advocacy site on Twitter

  • Native Likes from the Advocacy site on LinkedIn

Admin Console | Ability to Configure Cap on Content Sharing

You will now not be rewarded for sharing a post more than once on the same channel. This enables you to identify and reward socially relevant and influential employees/advocates for their contribution. With this capability enabled, the points will only be awarded one time when shared from one account.

Advocacy

Advocacy | Introduction of Self Sign-Up Flow for Advocacy Login

Allow users to sign-up and login into the advocacy platform with their own email and password. Users will be able to login into the platform with this new option alongside existing SSO and/or Social Sign-in options.

Advocacy | Advocates can curate and share their own content directly to their social media accounts

Sprinklr Advocacy has released a new Publisher for Advocates. Advocate Publisher is a tool through which Advocates can curate and share their own content directly to their social media accounts.

Advocacy | Listening Mentions in Advocacy

Sprinklr Advocacy now supports integration with Listening. Pull any conversation on the internet into the advocacy site for users to share it on their social media handles. With this feature, you can listen to any topic/profile and pull those conversations into the Advocacy sites so that advocates and engage with the conversation. This is currently supported on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.

Advocacy | Reporting from Social Media Feed Tab on Twitter

Now you will be able to report on Twitter likes and Retweets/Reshares from the advocacy site on the community user level.

Advocacy | Support for Instagram Business Account as Channe Type

With the Instagram Business account enabled for content sharing on the Advocacy site, you can now share your reels, carousel, and stories. This enables you to publish to Instagram Business from the web and mobile app without going through the manual flow.
