Display & Presentations | Capability to Copy and Paste Single/Multiple Widgets in Display and Presentations

Sprinklr now allows you to clone the scenes/slides from one storyboard/presentations to another so that you can quickly build up new scenes or slides without having to create it again panel by panel. You can copy single/multiple widgets from one storyboard/presentations to another so that you do not have to set up data engine, design and tunables again. You can select the formatting of your choice when you are pasting the content in different scenes so you do not have to design it again for relevant themes with destination formatting selected as default.

Display & Presentations | Support for Carousel as a Media Type

Sprinklr now allows you to visualize carousel posts in the storyboards and presentations created by you. You now have the ability to add a new widget type ‘Native Post’ from the widget library which shows a single post by default including carousel media which dynamically slides over different media in a post.

You can further tune the styling to your liking based on different design tunables for more engaging visual storytelling.

Display & Presentations | Capability to Automatically Negate Sensitive Ccontent

You now don’t have to worry about sensitive content coming live on your displays, as all the new storyboards and presentations now automatically negate sensitive content to show up without any need of manual intervention or filters set up from you.

You can now quickly adjust and move your metrics in Table widget by simply dragging them around without the need of manually removing and adding them one at a time. Sprinklr now lets you clone your existing set of galleries quickly and efficiently with a single click enabling you to set up your new galleries in a matter of seconds. When you clone your favorite set ups, all of your data and design elements stay preserved and moved over for more cohesive story telling and visualizations.

Gallery | Ability to Preview Links & Quoted Tweets in Gallery

Sprinklr now allows you to preview the links and quoted tweets while setting up your gallery embeds. Your visitors can now quickly preview these posts, providing them with more context without the need of clicking individual posts for additional details.

Integrations

Integration | Sitecore DAM Integration

You can now leverage Sitecore as the single source of truth for digital assets on modern channels. If an asset is present in Sitecore, you can search and import it automatically, along with its tags (Metadata), to Sprinklr and use it for content planning and publishing. Assets pulled from Sitecore into Sprinklr are synced unidirectionally from Sitecore to Sprinklr for any updates. Any asset that’s updated/expired in Sitecore is also reflected in Sprinklr.

The New Hyperspace Marketplace provides a new and fresh design for the Marketplace which is consistent with the rest of the Platform UI. You will get a more enhanced and productive customer experience with the New UI for all the Applications present in the Marketplace.

CRM Connector | Support for Salesforce Connector to Function with No Contact Permission 

We have now added support for No Contact permission access on Salesforce connector in Marketplace to remove the dependencies on the Contact object. 

CRM Connector | Ability to Export Bulk CRM Mapped Users

Previously, CRM 1:1 user mapping is done from backend. Now, a functionality to map users in UI is implemented to facilitate users. The bulk users mapped should be exported in an excel file that describes the mapping with additional information. 

CRM Connector | Ability to Import Bulk CRM User Mappings

Previously, CRM 1:1 user mapping is done from backend. Now, a functionality to map users in UI is implemented to facilitate users. You can import a .csv and save the CRM user mappings in database.

CRM Connector | Support for Enhanced Error Notifications at Case Level

Sprinklr has now enhanced the error notifications at case level for the CRM integrations. Recipients will now be notified when a CRM case creation/update action encounters an error. This capability is available for all the CRM connectors (Salesforce, Dynamics, Oracle, ServiceNow).

CRM Connector | Ability to Enable Case Attachments in Salesforce Connector Configuration

You will now be able to turn ON or OFF to push the attachments from the marketplace UI. Upon turning on the Push Message Media as Attachment in Case option, the case attachments such as images and other files sent by social profiles will be automatically transferred to Salesforce when the cases are created. 

CRM Connector | Ability to Add Header for Salesforce-Auto-Assign

We have now added the Salesforce auto assign option within the Connector Configuration.

Email Archival Tool | Support to Trigger Webhooks for Email Archive

We have now added the support to trigger webhooks for email archive on message update(workflow update). The trigger webhook will also include the custom fields.

Sandbox | Increased the Character Limit of Each Cell in the Sandbox Export

In the sandbox export files from outbound and inbound changesets we have now increased the character limit of each cell to 10,000 to accommodate all the referenced by data.

Auto Rollback is now supported for Changesets for Sandbox.

Sandbox | Added More Info in the Preview of Objects Section

You can now see the Date of Last Modification and the Person who Modified the respective object in the Changeset view. 

Sandbox | Support for Multiple Workspace Deployment

Sandbox now supports the option to deploy the same changeset consecutively in Multiple Workspaces. In other words, we will now provide you an option to deploy the change-set consecutively in different workspaces for the same partner without refreshing the change-set manually.
