Platform | Export Audit and Preferences
Admins can now see recent exports from the platform in a centralized repository, expire links directly through our platform, and take advantage of the following:
Control Permissions for Which Users Can Download the Exports
This additional check ensures that only users with Export Link View permission can download and access files from export links.
Enforce Login for Accessing Exports
You can require users to log in to download exports.
Restrict the Ability to Access Exports, Based on IP Address
Allow only users from safelisted IP addresses to access export links.
Restrict Email Delivery to Specific Domains and Users
Control the domains and email addresses of those eligible to receive or download exports.
Expire Export Links
Configure the expiration times for exports from the platform.
