Content Marketing | Ability to view and update Custom Fields in the Brief & Modern Editor content templates

Create and manage custom fields within briefs, ensuring timely updates as needed, and secure the custom field section to prevent unauthorized users from making changes. Briefs are now one stop documents where all the properties of the campaign are defined.

This eliminates the need to switch between Overview tab and Brief tab to view and edit information in custom fields.

Content Marketing | Lock filters in Editorial Calendar boards 

Users can now lock filters in editorial calendar boards

This feature is permission controlled and only the users having edit access for calendar boards can lock the filters. After locking the filter fields, the calendar board must be updated for the changes to be saved. Users not having edit access for calendar boards will not be able to remove or alter these filters.

Publishing | Sprinklr AI+ for Non-Social Channels

Create engaging content for non-social channels faster, with Sprinklr AI+. Efficiently generate content and its variations for your messages. Also provide a custom touch by selecting tone & audience of your creatives.

Publishing | Versioning of Published messages

When a message is published on Contentful, it generates a corresponding version in Sprinklr, accessible through the Version History tab. Additionally, users can compare the current content with previous versions using a user-friendly interface similar to the native experience.

Request Forms

Request Forms | Assets from Request Form get tagged in a DAM board

Effortlessly store assets in Digital Asset Management (DAM) when submitted through the request form, automatically applying tags for easy identification and seamless creation of a DAM board.

Request Forms | Expose Campaigns, Sub- campaigns on external forms

Enable external teams to enhance collaboration by providing the ability to select Campaign or Sub-campaign within the external request form.

Rule Engine

Rule Engine | Automate Creation of Localized Copies

Automate the creation of Sub Campaigns by defining specific criteria or conditions that trigger their generation using Rule Engine. Customize the Sub Campaign by assigning a start and end date, providing a name, and setting unique properties. Additionally, you have the option to inherit properties for the Sub Campaign from the main Campaign.

Workflow Engine

Workflow Engine | Version History and ability to roll back to previous versions

Utilize the Version History pane to access and preview all saved Workflow versions. While in Edit Mode, seamlessly restore any chosen version to set it as the current one.

Task Management

Task Management | Reassignment of Tasks when users are Out of Office

Users can automate task reassignments based on predefined conditions using a dedicated leave management form to prevent workflow bottlenecks when the assigned user is on leave.

Users can view all the leave management requests in a List View.

The tasks gets reassigned to the designated user once the conditions defined in the leave management form are satisfied.

Ads Composer | Create and Publish TikTok Smart Creatives

You can now create TikTok Smart Creative Ads in Sprinklr. Smart Creatives help advertisers generate multiple combinations of creatives, including videos and ad text. Ad delivery will automatically show audiences the combinations that can maximize results.​

​Ads Composer | Enable Campaign Budget Optimization for TikTok Video Shopping Ads

TikTok Video Shopping Ads with Catalog as the product source now support Campaign Budget Optimization. This will allow you to define the budget at the campaign level and allow TikTok to allocate your budget to high performing Ad Sets.

Note: This is currently an allowlist-only feature.​

​Ads Composer | Brand Safety for New TikTok Objectives​

You can now select third-party brand safety solutions for additional objectives given below:​

  • Viewability – Community Interactions​

  • Measure Brand Safety - Support for IAS and DoubleVerify partners as well for Traffic, App Promotion, Web Conversions, Community Interactions, Lead Generation, and Product Sales objectives.

​Ads Composer | Optional Avatar for TikTok Custom User Identity Creation​

Creating Custom User identities is now streamlined with the avatar image optional. You can now create a Custom User identity using just the display name and an optional avatar.

Ads Composer | TikTok Channel Ad Preview

You can now preview the actual display effect of your TikTok Ads in the respective placement after delivery within the Sprinklr ad previews. ​This includes previews from Display and Product Cards as well that are used in your Ad.

Ads Composer | TikTok Deeplink in Video Shopping Ads

You can now configure specific deeplink settings for Video Shopping Ads with the promotion type as Website. ​This will allow you to redirect users to specific sections within your website.

​Ads Composer | Selection of Pinterest Collection Ads for Non-Catalog Objectives 

Users can now view collection ads on Pinterest by selecting them from Ads Composer. The creation of collection Ads for Non-Catalog objectives is still an API limitation hence cloning of already existing ads is also disabled.

Ads Composer | Snapchat AR Lens Ad Attachment 

Advertise using AR Lens as an attachment in Snap Ads and Commercial Ads. Lenses are a highly visual, powerful and memorable tool to connect with consumers using augmented reality.

Now user can add sitelinks option and use web analytics to track their ads.

Users can now user instant form and messenger and and messenger as destinantion type in Facebook ad campaigns. 
 
 

Ads Composer | Google Demand Gen preview for YouTube and Gmail ads 
Now user can view how the ads will appear on Gmail and YouTube screens.

Ads composer | DCM support for Google Demand Gen Ads  

User can now user DCM tracking for google ads. Only Click Tags will be supported for DCM tracking. 

 

 Ads Composer | Scheduling support for Google Demand Gen campaigns 
Users can now schedule Demand Gen campaigns according to the requirements with wide variety of selection like days and time. 
 

Ads Composer | Support for Bidding (Target CPA) at both campaign and ad set level for Google Demand Gen
User can now configure bidding (target CPA) at both campaign and ad set level for Google Demand Gen 

 

Ads Composer | Instagram – Boost Instagram Stories 

The "Boost Post" option will now appear for Instagram story posts, allowing manual or auto boosting. The Instagram Stories can also be boosted in both Ads Composer and Ads Manager flows by choosing existing Story posts.

Advantage+ Catalog Support in Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns for Website & App Conversion Location. Users can now use their catalogs for dynamic product ads for Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns. 

 

Ads Manager

Ads Manager | All Publishing Supported – Support for bulk export of Task Audit Logs for Paid Entities 

User can now export activity logs for all the tasks generated or edited at paid initiative, ad set, or ad variant level. This functionality is not supported in case of multiple entities are selected. This allows the user to view the changes made holistically.

Ads Manager | Google Cloud Storage in Ads Manager Exports

Users would be able to utilise Google Cloud Storage as a source among the other available Third Party Sources to export data of Ad Entities from Sprinklr to the Google Cloud Storage both manually or automating this through Scheduled Exports based with defined formats.

Ads Manager | Addition of "View and Clone" Permission (w/ Clone)
View and clone permission allows users to govern permission in which only cloning and viewing a campaign is allowed without editing it.

Users can view and edit campaigns which are created in native and manage them in Sprinklr.  


Ads Manager | All – Compact Headers in Ads Manager 

Introduce Ads Manager in the Compact Mode with improved usability of the table and revamped UX. There will be three modes in User Preferences: Spacious (current UI), Comfort and Compact. Users can switch modes according to their preferences. 

 

Ads Reporting

Ads Reporting | Display & Video 360 in Unified Analytics 
Users to be able to understand their Paid Spend in helping with YouTube Posts performance boosted using DV360 Platform using Unified Analytics. 
Data in Unified Analytics for Unified Analytics would be supported from both Google Ads and DV 360 moving ahead.

Users will be able to save the frequently used date ranges and instead of them being able to choose it multiple times based on single click the date would be selected.

Google Lead Forms  and their associated leads could be analysed by partners through Sprinklr . Users would be able to automate the case creation utilizing our Journey Facilitator and Segment Manager helping agents to act on them in real time to maximise the ROI.

Users would be able to utilise the Email Account Addition Flow to request Account Addition for Reddit Ads, Google Ads and DV 360 for agency and other users seamlessly.

Product Catalogs

Product Catalogs | Event Source for TikTok Product Catalogs​

You can now bind or unbind event sources/pixels to TikTok product catalogs. An event source is an app event or a website event that users can bind to a catalog to monitor activity on their Shopping ads.​

Product Catalog | Additional Product Catalog Governance 
There are now 2 levels of permissions for
Product Catalogs: those at the Role level and those at the Catalog Sharing level. This allows for greater flexibility, so that a user can have full Edit access to one Catalog but only View access to another for example

One Click Ad Buy

One Click Ad Buy | New Source Creation Type filter for One-Click Ad Buy

You can now filter using One Click Ad Buy as a Source Creation type and generate spend or performance reports using this filter.​

Ads Audience Manager

Audience Manager | Meta – Include and Exclude Option and Frequency, Device and Time Spent options in Website Custom Audience 
Include and Exclude option allows users to precisely include or exclude audience members using logical operators in custom audience creation for Meta. Refine website custom audiences by offering options for frequency, device, and time spent, providing a nuanced approach to audience segmentation for more effective targeting. 

Bulk Import

Bulk Import | Bulk import support for Google Ads 
Users can now use the bulk import flows to import ad data to creative ads in an efficient manner.  

 

Engagement Dashboard

Engagement Dashboard | Ability to Respond to TikTok Replies

You can can now respond to TikTok ad replies from Sprinklr Engagement dashboard.​

Ads Boosting

Ads Boosting | Multiple Audience Selection 
When boosting a post from the Editorial Calendar, or an Engagement Dashboard, multiple audiences can be selected. This will generate one ad set per audience, each containing one ad.

Ads Creative Library

Ads Creative Library | Helvetica Neue Font available in Canvas 

These fonts are now available to use when building Instant Experiences for Meta creatives Helvetica Neue, Helvetica Neue Light, Helvetica Neue Medium, Helvetica Neue Ultra-Light and Helvetica Neue Condensed Bold. 

 

Ads Creative Library | DIT | Gradient Colour setup options in the editor 

As of now we only support adding solid colours in shapes / text colours. With this change now we can add a gradient color (Combining shade of two colors) to texts while using dynamic image templates. 


Creative Library | Character-level formatting is now supported in DITs 

We have added support for character-level formatting in text layers while creating templates. Character-level formatting for static text layers; Feed header-level formatting for dynamic text layers. 

 

Automated Ads

Automated Ads | Support of PAC for Meta Carousal Ads 

Meta Carousel Ads along with PAC can now be created using Automated Campaigns. Users can map upto 10 cards directly to a feed. User can select an applied DIT/DVT for the different cards of carousel.  

 

Automated Ads | Automated Feed Source enhancements 

Users can now also upload CSV files to create automated feeds in Sprinklr, which can be later replaced with another file upload of a feed link in future. This enables customers to start using Automated Campaigns which can be later Migrated to Excel sheets once available.  

 

Strategy Group

Strategy Group | All Publishing Supported – Configure SG at Ad Set Level 

Users can now configure SG at Ad Set level for channels such as Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Pinterest, Reddit. This allows the user to have freedom to configure and make customisations for their optimisations at the Ad Set level.

Strategy Group | All Publishing Supported – Edit SG using Exports & Macros 

Users can now bulk edit SG by utilising macros or import/export to make changes to multiple configurations. Macro is restricted to make changes only in Pacing Control Fields (no other optimisations can be edited with macro) & Strategy Group fields. Import/Export can be utilised to make create or edit all the available optimisations. 
 
 

Strategy Group | All Publishing Supported – Flash Sale priorize pacing over costs 

During peak sales period, advertisers want to have rapid dynamic updating of bids sometimes not minding about the cost and only to consume budgets. Then relaxation percentage is marked as a non-mandatory field now. If left empty, bidder will be switched to pacing mode.
