This feature empowers site admins to maintain control over the announcements displayed on the site, allowing for efficient content management and ensuring that outdated or irrelevant announcements can be promptly removed.
Enhanced Screener configuration: Regex Validation for Text-Based Questions
Admins now have the option to enable "Add Regex Validation" for text-based questions in the screener tab.
Upon selecting this option, a text field will appear, allowing admins to input a regex pattern for validating the text entered by users. Additionally, admins could specify an error message that will be displayed to the user if the text entered does not meet the regex criteria.
Enhanced Link Attribution: UTM tracking now possible for Facebook and Instagram shares on personal accounts!
UTM parameters are now applied when users share link-type posts on their Facebook or Instagram accounts through the Advocacy platform. This exciting update enables accurate tracking of link usage and attribution across various channels supported by the platform.

Effortlessly Tailor Advocacy Feeds with SharePoint Webparts' Filtering and Targeting Capabilities
Content Filtering is now supported on advocacy SharePoint webparts. Admin can apply filters on SharePoint widget itself to show a filtered version of the advocacy feed.
In the settings, admins can customize various aspects, such as adding a banner image, enabling pagination of the content feed, translating "View post" and "share" action buttons into French, modifying the colour of the "share" action button and post titles, and adjusting the roundness of the view post and share action icons.
Admins have the capability to choose specific target user groups, ensuring that the content feed is visible exclusively to these selected groups. These target groups can include SharePoint groups, Microsoft 365 groups, and security groups.
Note:
Sprinklr Advocacy needs permission if admins want to target the webpart to Security groups. If the permissions are not given, webpart targeting for Security groups will not work. But the rest of the application functionality should work as expected and the admin can still use SharePoint groups for targeting without these permissions. We require mentioned permissions as suggested in the API documentation.
New Integration Alert: iFrame Embed Webpart for Advocacy Posts
Advocacy posts can now be embedded using the iFrame embed webpart, allowing you to showcase specific posts on any intranet platform. Simply obtain the embed URL of the post from the advocacy site and add it to the iFrame embed webpart.

To enable this functionality, please submit a support ticket requesting the activation of the "ADVOCACY_IFRAME_EMBED_ENABLED" dynamic property.
Admins can control the visibility of the "Embed Post" feature. To grant users access to embed posts, admins simply need to assign the "Embed Post" permission in the content management section. Once this permission is granted, users can easily retrieve the embed post URL from the content management section on the advocacy site.
