Ads Composer | Deprecated TikTok App Installs and Conversions Objectives

To streamline the ad buying process and clarify the use case for each advertising objective, TikTok introduced the new App Promotion & Web Conversions campaign objectives last year. Starting from Oct 27, 2023, you won't be able to create, update, or enable App Installs or Conversions objective campaigns via Sprinklr. In lieu of the old objectives, you can leverage the aforementioned new objectives in Sprinklr.

Ads Composer | New TikTok Optimization Goals

You can now launch TikTok campaigns using the following new optimization goals from Sprinklr:

  • Conversion Leads - Allows you to target people who are most likely to share their contact information and convert after seeing the ads. Note that this feature is only supported for the Lead Generation objective.

  • Page Visit - Page Visit not only optimizes for TikTok Profile page visits, but also other TikTok page visits, such as playlist page, hashtag page, music page, etc. Note that this feature is only supported for the Community Interaction objective.

  • Landing Page View - Prioritize audiences who are highly likely to click your ad and view the landing page, driving traffic to your website or Instant Product Page. Note that this feature is only supported for the Product Sales objective.
