Vanilla Forum - Overview
Updated
We are introducing an integration with Vanilla Forum, a customizable platform for building and managing online communities. This integration enables the management of discussions, comments, and community engagement directly within Sprinklr. You will now be able to interact with and moderate content from Vanilla Forum communities without leaving the Sprinklr interface.
Note: Access to this feature is controlled by the dynamic property: <VANILLA_FORUMS_CHANNEL_ENABLED>. To enable this feature in your environment, reach out to your Success Manager. Alternatively, you can submit a request at tickets@sprinklr.com.
