How Video Commerce Works

Video Commerce empowers agents to seamlessly promote and facilitate sales through video calls, enabling them to suggest and add the most fitting products directly to the customer's cart, providing a personalized and convenient shopping experience.

Agents are equipped with a range of capabilities within Care Console, including browsing the product catalogue, utilizing filters based on categories, products, sizes, and colors, providing product recommendations, curating shopping carts, and applying applicable vouchers.

Customers are presented with real-time product recommendations, granting them the ability to select products that align with their preferences. They can also view curated carts generated by agents, complete with available vouchers, streamlining the shopping process. With a seamless integration, customers can effortlessly add their chosen items, along with agent-recommended selections, directly to their website cart, enhancing their shopping journey and overall satisfaction.
