Enablement

Under Advanced Settings of the live chat builder, slide the toggle for Enable Voice notes.

Send Voice Notes

Real-time voice notes provide customers with a convenient and efficient way to share detailed information that may be challenging to type out. With the ability to cancel and delete recordings, as well as play back and review sent voice messages, customers can ensure that their messages are accurate and conveyed correctly.

To begin recording, customers can click the microphone icon at the bottom right corner.
