You can embed live chat using GTM as well.

For doing this, log in to Google Tag Manager account at the following link - https://tagmanager.google.com  

1. Create a new tag by clicking "Tags" on the left side menu and then on the "New" button.

2. Name your tag. 

3. Click on "Tag Configuration" and then select "Custom HTML" 

   ​

4. Select "Custom HTML"

   ​ 

5. Paste Sprinklr Live Chat code in the custom HTML section

   ​​

6. Next, click on “Triggering” 

   ​ 

7. You can select your trigger, but typically if you want to show chat on all pages, you will click “All pages” 

   ​​

8. Click on save 

   ​ 

9. Next, click on submit 

   ​ 

10. After you add all details you want to add in version details, you can click publish
