WeChat Welcome Message Functionality

You can send a welcome message, whenever a user opens the Wechat Service Account Scene Link for customer support. With a welcome message to the visitor, you can make communications more effective.
Steps to Set Up WeChat Welcome Message
Click the New Tab icon . Under Governance Console, click Social Accounts within Listen.
In the Accounts window, hover over the Options icon adjacent to the WeChat Customer Service account for which you want to activate the welcome message, and click Manage Contact URLs (You can click All Accounts to search and filter WeChat Customer Service accounts).
In the Manage Contact URLs window, enter details for Scene you want to set the welcome message for.
Under Welcome Message, click Create.
Enter the welcome message in the given field and click the Save icon.
Click the Addition icon to add another Scene and welcome message.
Click Save in the bottom right corner. After a new user clicks the scene URL, they will receive the set welcome message in their chat screen.
