Set Campaign Priority in a Dialer Profile

You can set the priority of the campaigns in a dialer profile to define the order in which the dialing will happen across different campaigns containing the same set of agent queues. With campaign priority, dialing happens sequentially.

To set the campaign priority in a dialer profile

  1. Click the New Tab icon. Under the Sprinklr Service tab, click Voice Care within Listen.

  2. Navigate to Dialer Profiles from the left pane.

  3. Edit the desired dialer profile. Scroll down to the Campaign Weightage/Priority section and select Priority.

  4. Add the desired campaigns in the order of priority. You can change the order by dragging and dropping the campaigns using the 6-dots icon on the left.

    Note that the campaigns must use the same dialer profile for assigning campaign priority.
