Quick Filters

Quickly filter workflows based on status, associated assets, and owner of the workflow.

Select All

Check the box to perform bulk actions such as delete.

Checkbox(es)

Check one or more boxes to perform bulk actions to the selected workflows.

Options icon

Edit in New Canvas - Edit the workflow in the new canvas with an enhanced view.

View - View the Workflow.

Delete - Delete the Workflow permanently.

Clone - Clone the Workflow to create an exact duplicate.

Share - Share the Workflow across workspaces or with other users within the workspace.

Search Bar

Search for a specific workflow by typing in the desired keywords.

Refresh

Refresh your list to view the latest data.

Apply filters to narrow down your search.

Click to create a new workflow.

Workflow Components — Field Descriptions

Term

Description

Service Task

A service task initiates automated tasks within the workflow.

User Task

User tasks allow you to assign tasks to users, user groups, or task queues within the workflow.

Set Fields

Allows you to assign values to the fields of the entity the workflow is applied on. 

Set Milestones

Establishes a phase or checkpoint for a workflow. 

Decision Box

It denotes when a decision needs to be made within the workflow. By configuring decision paths, you can set conditions that the system will check and route the workflow accordingly. 

Stopwatch

Pauses workflow for an interval and then proceeds.

Gamification

Allows you to set a gamification activity.

Sub-Workflow

Initiated another pre-defined workflow. 

Splitter

Create separate workflow branches. 

Merger

Rejoins separate workflow branches. 

End

Completes a workflow. This is a required component for every workflow.
