Sprinklr President Carlos Dominguez Wins Crain’s Hispanic Executive and Entrepreneur Award
New York, NY – October 13, 2017 – Carlos Dominguez, President of Sprinklr, the first unified customer experience management platform for the enterprise, was named the top executive in the Crain’s Hispanic Executive & Entrepreneur Awards, which honors the achievements of the Hispanic community’s brightest and boldest minds, with distinguished careers and exceptional civic activities. The second annual awards were presented during Hispanic Heritage Month at a ceremony in New York on October 13th.
Born in Cuba to a Cuban father and a Chinese mother, Carlos lived in Miami, New Jersey and Puerto Rico before landing back in the New York metropolitan area. Today, Carlos has more than 30 years of experience in enterprise technology, 22 of which were spent at Cisco in nearly every IT role imaginable. An avid promoter of diversity in the workplace, Dominguez believes that to succeed in today’s competitive world, companies need to embrace the notion of “collective intelligence.” Large groups of people — especially diverse ones with different perspectives and life experiences — will be smarter, as a whole, than any individual.
