Sprinklr Named the Only Leader in Social Suites Q4 2019 Report by Independent Research Firm
Achieved the highest score among all reviewed vendors in the current offering and market presence categories, and among the highest scores in the strategy category
NEW YORK, October 10, 2019 — Sprinklr, the world’s first Unified Front Office for Modern Channels, today announced that the company was named the only leader in the Forrester Research, Inc. report, The Forrester Wave™: Social Suites, Q4 2019. In the evaluation, Forrester analysts looked at vendors who have one unified suite offering that combines three or more social technology categories. These five categories include social listening, social adtech, word of mouth, onsite social capabilities, and social media management.
According to the report, Sprinklr is “the only vendor in this evaluation capable of delivering all five social technology categories in depth, Sprinklr has 10 years of acquisition activity that has yielded extensive and highly customizable capabilities to meet large enterprises’ diverse social media needs. With the launch of its new Space UI, this high-powered Social Suite aims to deliver a more streamlined user experience across its Core Platform plus five Products (Marketing, Advertising, Research, Care, and Engagement) than the prior complicated user interface.”
Sprinklr received the highest scores in the current offering and market presence categories, and among the highest scores in the strategy category.
“Modern communication channels – from Instagram to X, formerly Twitter – are creating a customer with increasingly high expectations for a brand’s customer service, advertising and engagement. To know customers and serve them on their terms, brands need a unified view of the customer, and a unified approach to managing customer interactions across the company,” said Grad Conn, Chief Experience & Marketing Officer, Sprinklr. “We believe that being named the only leader in Forrester’s first-ever Social Suites report is a testament to our unique ability to help large brands unify their social stack on one platform for one customer view. The depth and breadth of Sprinklr’s platform is unmatched. This is why brands with global, complex social needs continue to turn to Sprinklr to help them create memorable customer experiences.”
