Havas Media Group, part of the Havas Group, is a global advertising and media agency that operates in more than 150 countries worldwide with 62 Villages, and offers a wide range of services for a large, diverse portfolio of clients. Havas Media Group recognized that in order to succeed in the constantly-evolving and highly-competitive digital space, it needed to ensure it was delivering meaningful media experiences to its customers — from awareness to conversion.

In addition to driving successful initiatives for its clients, Havas Media Group also wanted to invest in the success of its internal teams, giving them the governance, scale, data-driven analytics, and reporting to execute campaigns and deliver first-class results across diverse teams and geographies.

The Solution

Havas Media Group implemented Sprinklr Marketing to drive scale, innovation, and performance.

Havas Media Group uses Sprinklr’s Creative Library and Approval Paths to collaborate across clients, creative agencies, and internal teams to create media experiences for targeted audiences in a brand safe environment. These capabilities allow users to quickly draft and manage creatives, route them for approval, and track performance across one platform, at scale, to improve workflows, save time, and mitigate risk.

When it comes time to help clients understand how their advertising is performing in market, Havas Media Group uses Sprinklr’s customizable Reporting Dashboards to showcase performance, identify trends, and understand opportunities to improve. “One of the strengths of the tool is being able to access live reporting data across channels and countries,” said the company's VP Director, Trading Operations.

Sprinklr’s AI brings an exclusive dimension to Havas Media Group’s services offering. With Smart Budget Allocation and Smart Rules, Havas Media Group can quickly analyze ad performance and automatically shift budgets to capitalize on opportunities. “SBA allows us to achieve high performance for middle- to lower-funnel campaigns by automatically shifting budget to the best performing audiences according to criteria precisely defined by our social media team. We’ve seen up to a 35% performance increase for some campaigns thanks to this feature,” said the Trading Operations VP.

The Outcome

Havas Media Group is now using Sprinklr Marketing to execute paid ad campaigns for more than 560 clients.
