Conversational Insights

Support for Themes in Conversation Insights

This feature allows the filtering of Conversational Insights reports using Themes. You should be able to apply themes as a filter when creating a Conversation Insights report so you can focus on conversations relevant to a specific theme. This will allow you to gain more targeted insights and identify trends or patterns within those particular areas of interest.

Update Export Format for Podcast Conversation Widgets

This release enhances the export functionality for Podcast transcripts to allow direct exports in JSON. This update will streamline the workflow, minimize manual tasks, and boost efficiency. Add a direct export option to generate a Zip file containing all podcast transcripts.

Excel has a character limit of 32,000 characters, so the transcript was only downloaded up to that limit. However, this limitation does not apply to the JSON format, which has no such restriction.

Product Insights

Functionality to delete root cause cards-Executive View

In this view, you can view up to 6 root cause cards at a time in Executive View. You will also be able to select and delete any root cause cards that are not actionable for them.

Keyword query filter in root cause widget - Executive View

In this release, the root cause widget in Executive View currently allows you to filter by root cause sentiment (positive/negative) only. A keyword search filter will be added, enabling you to search within the following fields: root cause name and description.

Quick Filter Functionality - Executive View

In this release, quick filter functionality will be available at the dashboard level of the Executive View. This is introduced for the ease of filtering.

Insights Assistant Enhancements

In this release, there are changes that are made to the frequency of Trend Cards , Low performing product cards and Anomaly cards.

In the Anomaly and Trend cards, dates will now be grouped into buckets. Previously, each card displayed an impact score when you drilled down, but this has now been removed. Instead, only the severity score will be shown upon drilling down. For negative cards, this score represents severity, while for positive cards, it indicates relevancy.

The update also includes a weighted average calculation for multiple severity scores, with the resulting severity or relevancy score replacing the impact score at the top of the card. You will now be able to sort the cards based on this new severity or relevancy score.

Additionally, you will have access to drill-down information and root cause analysis for more detailed insights.

Social Listenining

Sort by Total Engagement in the Drill Down

In this release, in the listening dashboard now you will be able to drill down and sort the data by Earned Engagement in the conversation stream drilldown and stream widgets.

Delete DE Care data after 15 months to align with DE Data Protection law

In this release, this feature allows users to irreversibly delete from Sprinklr for select users/user groups, the time range and data objects. After deletion, affected entities in Sprinklr on user level (i.e. engagement dashboard, audit trail etc) will show deleted user data (or something similar).

The record manager hosts policies, you can add policies to the record manager.

Note:The record manager is the same for policy creation across all modules for you. The owner information in the record manager will be displayed as is.

Stream Level Enhancement(Adding Publication Name in Streams)

In this update, both the Author Name and Publication Name will now appear in conversation-based widgets like stream, post cards, inline editable tables, etc. Currently, only the author name is visible for the post.

In this release, the Survey Response Quality Detection feature plays a vital role in enhancing Survey Analytics by ensuring that actionable insights are derived from high-quality data. It identifies and flags low-quality responses, guaranteeing that the analytics produced from survey data are based on the most reliable and accurate information.
