Support for Jira On-Prem Instances
The Jira Connector in Marketplace now supports integration with on-premises Jira instances, expanding its compatibility beyond cloud-based deployments.
This enhancement enables organizations using Jira in an on-premises environment to seamlessly integrate with the Jira Connector. The connector can now connect to locally hosted Jira instances, allowing teams to streamline workflows, automate ticket management, and sync data directly within their infrastructure.

Sprinklr iFrame to Support Copilot Widget (Beta)
Sprinklr iFrame now supports the Copilot widget, enabling users to integrate AI-powered assistance directly within their workflows.
The Copilot widget uses advanced machine learning and natural language processing to enhance productivity, creativity, and data-driven decision-making. This integration provides a seamless way for users to access Copilot's powerful features within the Sprinklr platform.

Listening Streams API
The Listening Streams V2 API has been introduced to retrieve the message stream associated with each message containing the required information.
Read Messages (Bulk) using the POST method
You can now fetch messages in bulk by providing their respective message IDs using the POST method.

Sprinklr Webhooks
The following updates are introduced in Sprinklr Webhooks:
Email ID in User Current State Webhook Response
The User Current State webhook response now includes the email ID of the user whenever their state changes.
New “Modified by User” attribute for Case Update and Case Delete Webhooks
While subscribing to the Case Update and Case Delete webhook, you can now set the Modified by User attribute. The Modified by User attribute helps identify which user modified or deleted a case.
Unified Data Connector
The following feature is being introduced in Sprinklr Unified Platform's Unified Data Connector module.
Data Connector Export Module
In a Data Connector Export Module, you can now export Raw Entity data and Entity Reports data to S3, an export destination, at specified intervals in a JSON format. Here the focus is on various System entities. Using a Data Connector Export Module, you can:
Apply a filter to several rows that can be exported.
Specify the Export Owner responsible for the export.
Choose a start date and finish date to schedule the export.
Decide on a regular export schedule, such as weekly or daily.
Share the settings with any user or user group.
Notify the user about the export via email or the Sprinklr platform.
