Experience seamless configuration of the ServiceNow connector directly through the user interface, enabling effortless case custom field mapping, CRM user mapping, and comprehensive connector configuration capabilities. Users can now simply upload files directly from their computers using the ‘Import User Mapping’ option.

Now while creating a new presentation, you can select between alternate modes from landscape and portrait while designing them. Simply select the layout option as portrait in presentation creation, and have your slides designed which can readily be consumed on mobile devices.

Set up reports quickly and efficiently with data presets based on your existing data configuration within widgets. Create and save new data presets and apply to widgets easily. Create multiple data presets for the same engine, enabling quicker setup and insights, making things easier to manage and update later.   

Multi-Metric Visualization

Enhance visibility across vital KPIs in a dynamic multi-metric carousel. Maximize information density while enhancing the aesthetic appeal of your storyboards. Easily configure and modify KPIs, and customize the speed, gap, frequency and background of your cells, for more cohesive and state-of-the-art storytelling.

New Dynamic Previous Period Options 

While doing comparison over previous period time range, you can now select “Same date range in previous year” which dynamically selects the same time range from previous year. For example, if current time range selected is Apr-1-24 to Apr-30-24, then it automatically compares it with Apr-1-23 to Apr-30-23 and so on. This lets you easily setup your Q-o-Q or Y-o-Y reports without any manual intervention. 

Enhancement to Trending Posts 

Now you can easily understand the posts driving the peak points even with previous period comparison turned on. While trending post is enabled, it automatically transitions between current and previous period to highlight all the peaks and their associated points. Additionally, this feature is now available for bar and column charts as well.
