Briefs | Auto-adjust Section Size

Sections within Briefs now automatically adjust their size to accommodate added content. This allows users to view the entire content of a section without having to scroll. Users can also set Padding and Margins, Border Width, and Border Colors for Sections within Briefs.

Project Management

Project Templates

Presenting a whole new outlook for Project Templates, with improved visibility, more separation between Template types, enhanced search capacity and interactive Previews. Users can not only preview Templates before use but also add Filters, Sorting, Color-coding and Group-by functionality to them. Users can also adjust columns using the Manage Columns and Row Height features.

Roll-up

Roll-up functionality is now available for columns in Task Sheets. It can be enabled for Number, Percentage, Currency, and Date type columns. When Roll-up is enabled for a column, data from Sub-tasks will be aggregated (according to the function specified) and auto-populated in the fields corresponding to the Parent Task.

Row Copy-Paste Support

Copy-Paste functionality is now supported for Rows in Task Sheet and Task Timeline View. Users can now copy and paste single rows, multiple consecutive or multiple non-consecutive rows in a Task Sheet.

Ads Composer | TikTok Pangle Block List for Lead Generation Campaigns

Users can now enable Pangle Block List for TikTok Lead Generation campaigns with Instant Form destination to ensure brand safety across the selected placements. Note that Pangle should a selected placement in order to enable the block list.

Ads Composer | Deprecate TikTok Automatic Targeting and Introduced Smart Targeting

Starting June, 2024, users can no longer enable Automatic Targeting or Targeting Expansion for your ad groups. Users can now enable Smart Audience and Smart Interests & Behaviors for your target audience .

  • Smart Audience: To improve ad performance based on your objective, creative and additional platform signals. Your audience selections will be used as inputs and expanded if it's likely to improve performance.

  • Smart Interests & Behaviors: To improve ad performance based on your objective, creative and additional platform signals. Your interests & behaviors selections will be used as inputs, and your audience will be expanded if it's likely to improve performance.

Note:

  • To use Smart Audience, a custom audience must be selected.

  • One of the following must be selected in order to use Smart Interests & Behaviors:

    • Interests

    • Additional Interests

    • Video Category

    • Creator Category

    • Hashtag Interactions

Ads Composer | Facebook Parity for Advantage+

Users can now setup 7-day attribution window for Paid Initiatives with the objective App-Promotion with Advantage+ configuration.  


Ads Composer | Reddit Profile Sharing

Users can now utilize the Profile section to select and publish ads on the relevant profiles connected to their ad accounts. Profile Sharing allows advertisers who manage multiple brands to choose from several Reddit usernames on their ad account when creating ads.

Ads Manager

Ads Manager | Creative Export Improvement
Users can now get an export of their ad creatives up to 50 from the Ads Manager. Additionally, they can choose the file format type and specific placements. 

 

 

Ads Manager | Creative Export Improvements

Users can now dynamicaly export creatives for placement selected at ad set level for Facebook. Additionally, they can choose which fields to export. We've also improved the PPT export formatting to make it more intuitive and clear.

Ad Accounts

Accounts | Work Account Changes 

With the Work Account changes that Meta has brought in, users get a window of 30 days to re-authenticate the ad accounts with their Work Accounts to Sprinklr. Once a profile is migrated to a work account, all the affected ad accounts will be displayed with an info icon with a re-add Ad Account button. 

The account admin will also get a platform and email notification. Additionally, users can leverage new filters to easily identify ad accounts which need immediate attention. 

 

Creative Management App

Creative Management App | Usability Improvement

Users can filter down the ads on an objective level to get granular and objective-specific insights. Additionally, metrics and objectives filtering for ads can empower identify specific and meticulous details. 

Objectives will be available for the social accounts which are associated with the brand in the Creative Management App.

Audience Manager | Multi-Select Placement and Locations for TikTok Lookalike Audience

Users can now multi-select placements and locations while creating TikTok Lookalike Audiences in Sprinklr.
