You can now select both individual accounts and account groups while creating engagement columns, which ensures a more streamlined and flexible engagement management experience.
With this update, you can customize your engagement dashboard more precisely, for better oversight and quicker access to the accounts most relevant to your daily operations. Whether you are managing a few select accounts or multiple account groups - setting up your engagement columns is now more intuitive and effective.

Distributed
Distributed | Capability to Send Message to Multiple Contacts Simultaneously
Distributed users can now send the same message to multiple contacts at the same time. You can select contacts of your preference manually, or use the Select All Contacts option, and send the same message to all of them, using Quick Publisher. This will help you get rid of the massive effort to send the same message to multiple contacts separately.

Advocacy | Introducing Real-Time Web Push Notifications
Sprinklr has introduced web push notifications on the Advocacy platform to ensure that advocates are immediately informed of important updates and actions via pop-up messages on their browser screens. These notifications are designed to keep advocates consistently updated about their actions and awards on the platform, boosting engagement and encouraging frequent visits. Web push notifications will automatically activate for users if platform notifications are enabled by admins, requiring no additional configuration for ease of use.
Track Adoption for Teams Integration using Sprinklr Reporting
Admins can now also track the adoption of the Advocacy site on Teams and Salesforce integration using Sprinklr reporting. Within reporting, you can plot the platform dimension along with the activity count to get the adoption metrics for each of the platforms your advocates are most comfortable using, i.e., Web, Mobile, Teams, or Salesforce.
Streamlined Profile Navigation and Notification Management
Enhanced Profile Navigation: The profile page layout has been redesigned with section headers on the left side, improving navigation and usability. This allows users to quickly and easily move between different sections of the page, while providing a brief overview of the contents present in the profile section.
Streamlined Notification Management: This new feature focuses on managing unread notifications, by eliminating clutter on the user interface and helping users prioritize critical updates and recent activities for better engagement and productivity.
