Sprinklr's latest release introduces a range of exciting new capabilities aimed at empowering your business to create more meaningful customer experiences across all touchpoints. Here are the key features included in Sprinklr's latest release:

Display

Initially pause Displays until asked to play 

For signage, now Displays can be initially paused using startPaused=true parameter within the URL. This ensures that your data and content keep on loading in the background while all the transitions remain paused. As and when required, Display can be invoked with play command for seamless integration eliminating load times for your content like social media posts/videos and more effective content transitions. 

Presentations 

Enhancement to presentation analytics 

Presentations now show how many times a particular presentation has been downloaded in PDF/PPT format for offline consumption and distribution to your stakeholders. Simply navigate to “Share” popup, and scroll towards additional share options. 

New Visualizations: Multiple social post widget 

While visualizing social content in presentations, curation can now be done on the go for those specific posts. Click on “Add widget” and select Multiple Social posts widget and select the desired set of posts to be added in native styling from the engagement dashboard of your preference. 

Improved generate presentation experience 

Generate presentation feature has been improved with support for Time Weighted average metrics showcasing how your KPIs are performing across time average, for example how many cases are being received per hour, or how much mentions are coming in weekly for specific topics. 

Display &/or Presentations

New Visualizations: Dynamic Date & Dynamic Title 

While creating your slides and scenes, new dynamic widgets are available allowing for titles and date range to be updated dynamically ensuring operational efficiency while building your content. Titles are dynamically fetched from scene names while dates are fetched from global date configuration, which can be further customised to your liking from design controls for the widgets.

Aggregated Totals in Table Columns Header 

While creating a table having multiple KPIs, presentations/display can now showcase the aggregated total of those KPIs in columns header removing the need of creating redundant multiple single metric widgets to showcase same. Navigate to design tab > Metrics total, to enable and customise the design and sizing to your liking.

Gallery 

Visualise DAM Assets in Gallery

Now all the custom media assets can be visualized with UGC and owned media using gallery website embeds. Simply upload your assets in DAM and add them into suggestion column in engagement dashboards. Create a new Gallery and select the suggestion column to visualize your custom assets.

With the latest release, table widgets in our chart libraries have been completely revamped and enhanced with new interactive capabilities for layout and design formatting. You’ll find that these improvements cater to various use cases, whether you’re managing large lists of agents in CcaaS or tracking hashtags and mentions across different countries.

With the new advanced layout capabilities, you can now enjoy scrolling in both the X and Y axes with the table widget, providing a wider range of data viewing options. You also have the ability to freeze or pin specific rows and columns, and highlight them using custom style colors for better visibility.
