Display & Presentations

Display | Ability to Show Last Published Time 

Now display panels can showcase the last published time stamp for real-time data, to reliably gauge and monitor the contact center activities for the teams.

Note: Please reach out to the Product and Support team to have this enabled for your workspaces. 

Presentations | Presentation Views on Shareable URLs 

Now, Presentation URLs showcase the total number of times/views Presentations has been opened and consumed by the stakeholders for users to better understand the consumption patterns without requiring guessing upon the same.

Display & Presentations | Enhancement to Engagement Metrics for Content Widgets 

Content widgets now showcase the key metrics like total number of likes, shares and comments directly on content widget cards for Instagram and other social channels. Simply navigate to design tab for those widgets and enable Engagement Metrics to showcase them. 

Display & Presentations | New Conditional Formatting Style Options 

Conditional formatting is now enhanced to support the background colors shading for single and multi-metric widgets for Display and Presentations to highlight the deviations and anomalies in KPIs for improved readability and transparency. 

CRM Connector

CRM Connector | User Mapping REST APIs 

Enterprises can now map newly onboarded Sprinklr users to their CRM users or update the existing mapped users by utilizing the newly introduced REST API Endpoints via the Sprinklr Dev Portal. 

CRM Connector | CTI Configuration in Marketplace App

Sprinklr – Salesforce Marketplace app now contains a new section called CTI configuration that would allow Admins to configure the CTI screen pop behaviour on the CRM. 

Sprinklr V2 APIs 

Sprinklr V2 APIs | Read Post by Post Id

Using this API, you can retrieve details of an outbound post using its unique Id.

Use Cases:

  • Validate the details of a scheduled/sent posts such as content, mentions, created time, status, custom property tagging, etc. 

  • Receive up-to-date details on the sent/scheduled posts.

Sprinklr V2 APIs | Search Custom Field

Using this API, you can fetch all custom fields that match specified sorting and filtering criteria.

Use Cases:

  • Validate and maintain up-to-date record of the asset types and values of a custom field.

  • Fetch the custom fields for the given field names, which helps validate the reporting widget mappings vs Reporting API response.

Sprinklr V2 APIs | Read Dashboard List:

Provides a list of Sprinklr reporting and listening dashboards, including metadata.

Use Cases:

  • Enables users to access and manage dashboards, ensuring they have the necessary insights for social media monitoring and analytics.

Sprinklr V2 APIs | Fetch Engagement Dashboards

Using this API, you can fetch all engagement dashboards present in the Sprinklr instance.

Use Cases:

  • Fetch the names and column ids of all the engagement dashboards available in the Sprinklr environment.

  • Fetch column Id, which then can be used in stream read API  

  • Fetch up-to-date information on all the engagement dashboards existing in the environment  

Sprinklr V2 APIs | Fetch Engagement Dashboard by Id:

Using this API, you can fetch a specific engagement dashboard using its unique Id.

Use Cases:

  • Fetch the column ids of the dashboard, which then can be used in stream read API  

  • Fetch up-to-date details on any modifications made to the dashboard 

  • Fetch dashboard details such as dashboard id, accounts configured, custom properties, queues, etc.
