Unified Platform

Publishing

Publishing | View Post Option for Quick Access

With this new feature release when users save drafts, edit, publish, schedule, or send a post for approval, a 'View Post' option will appear on the screen. This allows users to open the third pane of the post with a single click, to review its content and ensure everything is as planned. This enhancement eliminates the need to search for posts in the editorial calendar, thus streamlining the post-review process.

Publishing | X API rate limit change

In this release, the daily DM send limit for verified X users is increased from 1,000 to 10,000. All accounts with Premium and Premium+, including business/organisation accounts are verified as designated by the blue or yellow check next to their name on X.

Governance

Governance | Introduction of Enhanced Custom Field Editor

Sprinklr has introduced an enhanced custom field editor. Take a look at some of the enhancements:

  • Ability to change the Field Type of Custom Fields from Multi to Single.

  • Whenever there are multiple advanced visibility criteria, users can now select AND/OR operator for dictating how the overall condition should be.

Reporting

Reporting | Introducing New Metrics for Threads Account Insights

Sprinklr has introduced new reporting metrics to provide you with deeper insights for Threads. You will now be able to fetch reports on Threads accounts, and granular account metrics.

Distributed

Distributed | Restricting the Paid Initiatives based on the global filtering in Ads Manager

With this release global filtering is also supported in Ads Manager.

Distributed | DWS: Media Asset Status-Based Visibility Control

Earlier Media assests that were in approval or draft state were also visible on the platform which use to create confusion for any distributed end user but now in this release with the help of the DP only approved assets will be visible.

Note: This functionality is available in two locations: Assets and Campaigns.

Distributed | "Assets" to be reworded to "Content" in Asset Board grouping

Earlier when Asset Boards were grouped together in DCP they were referred to as ‘Assets’ by default. As the name" Assets" was confusing for the DST end user so "Assets" is changed to " Content" now in this release to make it more intuitive.

Distributed | RSS feed to be made similar to Assets Screen

RSS feeds currently resemble a stream and are primarily used to share posts in that format. Thus, in this release it is made more similar to Asset Screen.
