Sprinklr Unified Platform and Cross Products: 19.8.1 Capabilities and Enhancements

CRM Connector

The following capability is introduced for the MS Dynamics CRM Marketplace App.

CTI Configuration for MS Dynamics Marketplace App

A new CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) configuration tab has been added to the MS Dynamics CRM marketplace app. This update introduces screen pop functionality within the CRM upon call acceptance, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of call handling.

The Screen Pop can be configured in two ways:

1. Screen Pop

  • Populate and map an exact entity ID with Sprinklr.

  • The screen pop will display information based on the provided entity ID.

2. Search and Screen Pop

  • Specify a Sprinklr field to search the CRM database.

  • The screen pop will display information based on the search results.

Sprinklr V2 APIs

The following capabilities have been added to Sprinklr v2 APIs to enhance functionality and user experience.

UGC Stream Data V2 API

This API allows you to fetch user-generated content (UGC) stream data from the respective dashboard using the column stream ID. UGC refers to messages and media content posted by your audience/fans. Once approved, a UGC asset is created, which can then be republished by the brand.

Example: Retrieve UGC stream data efficiently to manage and repurpose audience content.

Fetch All Listening Topics V2 API

This API provides a list of all available configured topic groups and topics. It returns minimal information on topic groups and topics along with the keywords used while creating the topic ID in the query parameter.

Support for Custom Controlling Field in Create Custom Field V2 API

This update introduces controlling logic for custom field objects. It includes parameters for defining the controlling custom field logic and the values it controls.

Support for Filtering Profile Based on Client and Partner Profile Lists Entities

This update adds support for filtering profiles based on client and partner profile lists. The functionality is added to the Search by Entity API.
