Change Password & Security Question for Own Account

To ensure regular privacy of your Sprinklr account, update your password and security question regularly. Sprinklr prompts you to change your password every few days. A security question helps you gain access to your account if it gets locked due to incorrect passwords. This article lists down the steps for both, changing password and adding security questions.

Steps

  • Click on your User Icon in the top right corner to access the quick User Menu.

  • From the User Menu, either click the Username or click the Security Settings option.

  • In the Security Settings window, click Edit in the top right corner of the Change Password box or the Change Security Question & Answer box.

To Change Password

  • Enter your current and new password which you want to set.

  • Click on Save once you have confirmed the new password by re-typing.

To Change Security Question & Answer:

  • Firstly, enter your current password for the Sprinklr Account.

  • Next, in the New Secret Question field, select the desired secret question from the drop-down menu.

  • In the Answer field, enter the desired answer for the secret question. To view the answer, check the Show Answer box.

  • Click Save in the bottom right corner of the Change Security Question & Answer box.

NOTE:

Every 60 days, Sprinklr will prompt you to change your password.  If a shorter password expiration time is desired, please contact your Account Manager, and they can work with Support to change this setting for you. 

By default, the minimum length of an answer is 8 and the maximum length of an answer is 100. But if you wish to customize the length of the answer, please work with your Success Manager.
