Emojis are a spin on common emoticons. In Sprinklr Publisher, emojis are both fun and helpful for getting work done – use them to enhance your messages or add emoji reactions to respond quickly to messages. To get the most out of emojis you can adjust your default skin tone.

Steps to use emojis while creating posts

1. Click the New Tab icon. Under Sprinklr Social, click Quick Publish within Engage.

2. On the Create Post window, select the account(s) from which you want to publish. You can also use Advanced Search to narrow your searches by a series of different filters.

3. Compose your publishing content and click the Emoji Picker icon in the bottom right corner to open the emoji menu.

4. Click the Hand icon✋ in the bottom right corner and choose the default skin tone.

5. Complete the remaining steps as per your requirements and click Post in the bottom right corner.
